If you need service on your vehicle, go see Hattie! Hattie helped me get my 17 year old daughters engine covered under warranty after we had a oil consumption issue. I literally did nothing other than bring drop off the car and pick it up. She did all the hard work and I am so so so thankful and appreciative!
If you need to buy a car, GO SEE JOE! He is awesome as well!
Great dealership, work was completed SUPER fast.

I strongly advise anyone considering a vehicle here to look elsewhere, especially if you value transparency and financial security. My experience was a textbook example of predatory sales tactics. There are 177 car dealerships in area, if you have to buy from them that is fine, after you have checked 176 others first.
The Issues I Encountered:
• The "Spot Delivery" Scam: I made the massive mistake of visiting on a Sunday. Since banks are closed, the dealership used "spot delivery" (or yo-yo financing). We wanted to go through our bank at half the interest rate and was pressured over the next few days to provide information which I thought was Vystar only to find out it was Santander which my bank said is not best option….. We are 160 days later still haggling with these guys. NIGHTMARE.

This is the old fashioned sleazy disgusting car dealership you think of as a good reason dealerships will be a thing of the past soon. But this dealership is especially deceptive. The advertised price is completely false, misleading and does not reflect what they actually intend to sell the vehicle for.
They have Integra listed online for $32,795. After contacting and texting with the sales associate a manager got me an out the door price of $44,358 🤣🤣🤣 I’m attaching screenshots and you can see on the ad on Autotrader and on the sales sheet from the manager the stock numbers match. So it’s definitely the same car.
That’s over 35% more than they are advertising!!!!!!
It’s comical.
I have all the texts and emails from the manager and the sales person if they try to lie their way out of this.
I would not trust the prices advertised here and would strongly recommend avoiding this seller.
Let me guess, some sort of “manager” is going to reply to this and say “oh we’re sorry you’re not satisfied please email us or call us so we can make this right blah blah blah.”

Buying from this dealership was absolutely appalling. From sales to finance manager all the way up to the general manager. Underhanded high pressure sales tactics and bullying should be a thing of the past but not at this dealership. Their level of incompetence is unmatched by any other dealership in the greater Jacksonville area. I would never recommend anyone waste their time and money at such a disgusting place when there are so many other options in and around this city. Please learn from my mistake and take your hard earned money anywhere else

Can’t say enough about this dealership! Top notch! My wife bought a car here and had the most amazing experience, so much so that I decided to go back 3 weeks and buy my own car. From the time you walk in the door, you know it’s a top notch dealership! Nadi leads a great team and is very personable and ensures everyone is taken care of. Pierre ensured that I had everything that I needed and ensured I did not have to wait for anything. Both, even at their level, checked in constantly on me and ensured I had the best experience. Andrew Risko knew I was crunched for time. And had all the forms ready and available as soon as possible. He had the car cleaned and license plate on in no time. Bachir had all of my loan documents prepared quickly and made the process seamless.
I’ve purchased over 10 vehicles in my life and this is by far the most pleasant and seamless purchase I have ever made.
Go see Nadi and Pierre and tell them I sent you! They will take great care of you.
