I had an amazing experience purchasing my new 2022 Acura TLX thanks to Marcus and Tristan! Marcus was my salesperson and he was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly what I wanted. Tristan, the manager, was also great to work with and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I had an excellent experience at Hanania Acura in Orange Park. The dealership was pristine, very clean and well kept which made me feel comfortable. Every person I interacted with was friendly and welcoming from the manager to the finance team and especially my sales rep Andrew Risko.
I actually went to look at a specific vehicle and I ended up leaving with the same make but an upgraded version in a color I absolutely love. They listen to my concerns work with me on the price took the time to explain every detail and feature. I also appreciate the helpful tutorials and how patient they were throughout the entire process.
Overall, it was a great experience and I'm truly happy with my SUV. Highly recommend the dealership!

Took my TLX in for a much needed 90-100K mile maintenance checkup. From the start I was met with a smile and a firm handshake. (Joshua D.) the service advisor, was very helpful from start to finish. He kept me up to speed throughout the entire process. He answered multiple questions while my car was being serviced, and he was extremely patient and understanding. He made the whole experience stress free by offering a finance plan at 0% interest for 3mo. and even made sure I was provided a loaner car. I will be back to Hanania in the near future for oil changes and other future maintenance requirements.

While away from home, my relatively new Acura MDX would not start. I called Acura Support, and they arranged for my car to be towed to the nearest Acura dealership. Josh and the team at Hanania Acura of Orange Park were highly responsive and kept me up to date on the progress of resolving the issue. From start to finish, it was roughly 2 days to reach resolution, which was a wiring harness that was chewed through by an animal. I felt the timeliness of the diagnosis and repair were acceptable, as well as the price of the repair. I was very pleased with the overall response and service.

Update: They finally answered this morning. Said they would call back once they found my record. If they ever call back, I'll update this post. Otherwise, I'll assume they don't care.
Update: I just called the number, which seems to be the service department. As usual there was no answer. I was waiting for 2 minutes when it transferred me to another number. How can we resolve this if there is no answer from the service department. That typical btw, they never called me back the first time, i'm always on hold, and many times the Parts department has to pick up the slack from the service department. so if you read this, don't prompt for the service department, they never answer, always prompt for the parts department, at least they answer.
Terrible experience. Too bad I cannot give less than one star. I bought a car from them. They shipped it from Miami. They lent me a loaner car, and then forgot they gave it to me. All the while they damaged the truck in shipping. When they repainted the roof and hood, not only did they take three weeks for that, they did a horrible job on the paint. You can see the drips. And to top it all off, the XM radio is broken, and the won't fix it. I regret dealing with them at all now.
If you are lucky enough for their service department to answer the phone, keep track of your car. They lost mine and mixed up my name with somebody else in the system.
