  Stay away from this Goodyear. Bought new Goodyear tires. Had this Goodyear put them on. They did not tighten the lug nuts so one actually fell off my vehicle. When we noticed the one fell off, because it was knocking around between the tire and the cap of the tire, we checked the other tires and multiple lug nuts were loose. This Goodyear has multiple people that are rude and they do not care about their customers.

  This sevice shop is clean, the workers are friendly, they have designated men and clean womens restrooms. They offer complimentary cold water and have a television they are happy to provide the remote control to. I recently came here after my car dealership recommended I come here to have Goodyear Auto Service diagnose my Volvo for an alarm message alert. My appointment date was for the next morning but since I was already in the area, I decided to pop in for a visit to check out the place. I spoke with Daniel who was awesome and used a device to tell me the issue that same day. But I still came in for my scheduled appointment the next morning. I met the store manager who was kind and professional. It took about almost 2 hours for my vehcile to be ready for me to take. Unfortunately, they could not repair my Volvo and recommended me to take it to a Volvo certified mechanic. Even though my vehicle was not repaired by them, they were kind and considerate to me. I was not charged for the diagnostic fee because they did not want me to be charged again at the Volvo service center. I appreciate them.

  terrible service. have been coming here for a year , oil change price around $85-100. I already wrote this review but I believe they deleted it as I do not see it. So, I get another oil change, around a month ago, and it comes out to $120 after a “discount” and my military discount. New management says that the other 5 times I’ve come in and paid around $90 it was a “mistake”. No, you just want more money out of me. Don’t recommend and will not be coming back, yall lost a customer of a year. Go literally anywhere else, even Take5 is better. Even if the raised price is because of inflation, maybe say that instead of telling me your workers charged me the incorrect amount multiple times.OR go to the Goodyear 14150 Beach Blvd, they will take much better care of you.

  Clean shop, friendly staff andost of all, efficient. I don't have to sit there for over 2 hours to install tires. I bought my tires through Amazon and chose this shop for installation. I'm glad I did. they did not treat me any different because I didn't buy the tires from them. Will recommend to friends and family.

  In this store I had the unpleasant experience telling me a needed a new battery, I day no I took the battery somewhere else and the battery was in good condition, they left the battery plogg loosen so I had to come back, this is how they screwed with people. You can't trust the people here, it's not the first time.
