Fortunately, the manager understood and resolved the issue, which I really appreciate.

I do not think I've ever felt as confident and reassured when I've left an auto service shop. Great customer service and highly recommend!

I think there is a team member that is a little careless with executing task and needs close supervision. I eventually realized after full servicing, they didn't fill in coolant, this caused overheating and blew off my radiator fan. After another visit, they filled in coolant and did not connect the coolant reservoir, I found the helpless floating tube and my neighbor came to it's rescue. It's sad to have such a great team with some careless individuals who don't take their job serious.
