Went in for a tire rotation and balence,First off barb at the front (ms barb) she’s fantastic great personality.kind and knowledgeable. She put me first and dropped everything just to handle me and was super quick checking me in and out,Logan the tech did a fantastic job with the work he did with my truck and put my lug key back in my truck without me asking for it back like every shop forgets to do,if you want a shop to take care of your vehicle I highly recommend this place.

Make sure you get a second opinion. I was quoted a price but once they tore it apart found more needed to be done and price was higher. I didn’t think much of it until I brought my son’s truck back again and was told he needed a $3600 repair of replacing the differential and I was advised not to drive it once it was at Goodyear. My gut told me to get a second opinion so I did. The real problem was an actuator that cost $250. Then they tried to charge him $95 for looking at it after he was told there would be no charge to look at it. Nick the owner previously told me he was the highest revenue producer and won an award at their meeting originally I thought that was great but now I know why. If you’re a woman or young person with no mechanical knowledge take someone with you who does have mechanical knowledge. Do better Goodyear.

TLDR: Wheel was replaced with the wrong color. Goodyear employees refused to correct the issue. Edit: I was sincerely hoping this edit was to completely revise my comments with a positive experience. Unfortunately after speaking with customer service, I was told the manager, Nick, was going to resolve the issue for me. I contacted Nick today. I was told that my original wheels were painted and they fulfilled their end of the agreement by replacing one of mine with an OE rim. This is just another after-the-fact excuse for making a mistake. They took my original wheel and refused to return it after realizing the wheel they installed was a different color. Nick's only solution is for me to go get the wheel painted, then bring the receipt and he will "see what he can do". He did not offer any solutions except for me to gamble on Goodyear again. He was careful not to say they would pay for the paint match. I will wait for another response to see if there's an actual solution or if Goodyear continues to stand behind this practice. You are supposed to be the experts. Tell me the wheel wont match in advance and I can decide what to do. Not stick me with a miss match and excuses. Ill provide additional updates as this develops. Or if it doesn't. I take my time before negative reviews. I bought this car in February 2025. When I got home I realized one of the wheels was slightly bent. No wobbles or air leaks, so the wheels was definitely salvagable. Carmax offered to have the wheel replaced at their cost. I went to Goodyear and ordered the wheel. I also asked if I could purchase a matching tire and have them mount it on the original wheel as a full size spare and I would get it straightened later. They sold me the tire with mount and balance. I arrived to pick up the car and asked if the original wheel was already in the trunk. I was told, no, you can't have that wheel. I explained that I had purchased a spare tire to be mounted on the wheel but was told I can't have the wheel back because there's a core charge. I asked how much for the core charge? $75 I offered to pay that fee to keep the wheel but was refused. Then I had to argue for a refund on the tire. I was told I would have to pay a restocking fee. My replacement was 100% covered by Carmax so I refused to pay the restock fee based on the fact that I only purchased the tire because I was told it could be mounted on the original wheel. Now for the worst part. Yeah... it gets worse. I got home and was walking past the passenger side when I realized the replacement wheel isn't the same color as the others. I questioned my own eyes until I realized it's quite obvious when you look at the hub cap in comparison to the wheel colors. The photos I attached show the comparison. I have three dark grey, almost black wheels and one light grey. I returned to Goodyear the same day and asked for the mistake to be corrected. The woman at the desk looked at the wheels and said they're definitely different. Then went inside and looked up the order. She said, we'll it's the right order, so there's nothing we can do. I asked if I could just have my original wheel back and I would deal with the whole thing myself. She refused again. I left annoyed but decided to give it time. Maybe I was just being picky. Its now November. Every time I look at that wheel it gets on my nerves. The whole thing had multiple opportunities to remedy the problem but the woman behind the counter refused to assist. I realize a flat tire might be easy to fix and this place does fine. But replacing a stock wheel is also easy. So beware if you choose to go to this Goodyear. I recommend you choose another option.
