I met with a salesman yesterday to purchase a new 2026 Cadillac CT5. After finally getting the purchase price correct and locating a vehicle in Tampa, I was ready to close the deal. The salesman sent me home and said he would call me back that night to confirm delivery. Well, he did not call me back that day; he called back the next day and said the dealership in Tampa had placed the vehicle in a loaner program so that I could not get it. I called the dealership in Tampa myself to confirm, and that was not true. He even took a picture of the mileage to confirm with me and offered to sell me the vehicle. Personally, I believe that because I qualify for the GM employee discount, the dealership was not too interested in going through with the deal because of the small profit they would make.

Went in for a recall. My mother is 82 years old and a devoted Cadillac driver but that meant absolutely nothing to this Fields Cadillac of Jacksonville Florida. In fact the rear window was lowered on the way to the shop and we simply asked if they could it back up and we would get an estimate to repair it later. Nope. It was so icy cold with the wind. On the way home we stopped at a shop that provides glass works and details. The much younger, friendly staff politely lifted the window up into place and even showed us how to lock the window button until the repairs can be made. Whenever I tried to pay they wouldn't accept it. That part of course was a bonus and renewed my faith in the next generation of service providers. And to the Good ole boys that have plagued our lives for generations I say... Good riddance to your self serving service priorities as usual.

I really did not enjoy my experience after finding out the truck needed new engine that Gm/ Cadillac did take care.and having here it need it a batterie and lot of everything else at Expectedly when I asked for warranty to company be called and than been asked why do I want the warranty to company involved!!! They had nothing to do with engine because Gm/Cadillac warranty that was understood on my behalf but the warranty was to make sure nothing else was going. I could go on on it took 3 weeks to for service Service advisor to call after saying they donât donât know if itâs even cover long story short next time a customer ask for you contact there warranty company donât tell customer what they have to pay out of pocket if you do not speak with there personal warranty com company. At the rand of all this my warranty to company did step in and paid for what was not covered by Gm/Cadillac I do wish to thank the Mechanic for all his hard work and information he passed back to Jr but Iâm happy how everything ended.

Not recommended if body parts need to be handled. Use Randy Marion Cadillac instead.
I needed something fixed (parking distance sensor) on my CT4-V Blackwing which required removing the front bumper cover. After they failed to secure the bumper cover properly, it went to two separate Viverette's Paint & Body Shop locations who also failed to properly secure the bumper cover. I accepted the work on completion because the glue/adhesive they used made it look correct on initial inspection, only to loosen over time. This was over several months with multiple trips to the dealer.
I took the car to Randy Marion Cadillac myself who did a full inspection behind the bumper cover and sent me all the photos of the damage (many broken clips). They were able to correctly put everything back together but there is still evidence of the broken clips that cannot be fixed without proper repairs.
My current state is I'm left with a very expensive vehicle that was damaged while in Fields custody with no agreement to properly fix it by people who know what they're doing. After a handful of failed attempts, you have to know when to stop trying before more gets damaged.
