The customer service i just experienced through text is unacceptable for the fields cadillac brand. I have been looking for a vehicle, wanting to do my homework and be a savy consumer not just be sold a vehicle. I have taken my time, I've gone to the dealership twice, I've inquired with the sales rep through text. I made 1 offer that they could not accommodate which was completely fine. Then the government shuts down. Im a government employee so I wasnt getting paid and I would not dare pake a purchase not knowing how long this will go. The government is back open and the money will start rolling in. So as I stated id start looking again when the government opens up. I text the salesperson inquiring about Certified pre own warranties. His response was. you aren't looking to buy, it hasn't worked out, my prices are garbage etc etc. Which I never and would not speak to salesman and tell them their price is garbage. What I told him exactly is if they were going to call me to negotiate the price I was asking to pay then dont. I asked for a price and was fine if they couldn't do it. My inquiry today was because I saw a vehicle online that I would consider going to go check out. It was a bit different as a single motor ev than the 2 motor I wanted but it also helped in price and the color was beautiful. To get that response from the salesperson though turned me completely off. His attitude does not change my perception of fields in totality but I surely won't be looking to deal with him and will likely choose a different dealer if/when I do purchase an ev. Nameless employee,, your text was completely uncalled for. As an air traffic control supervisor, I completely understand what customer service should look like as air traffic is a customer service industry. Your text response was gross.

Great car buying experience. Looked at 2 different cars, there was no pressure at all to go either way. Joel was great to work with and really pointed out the different features of the 2 cars so we could make an informed decision. Ashante was also wonderful. She took the time to explain all the different warranty and add-on options. Very knowledgeable about the different options offered to us. The chef in the kitchen makes a great sandwich and kept us fed while all the paperwork was drawn up. Thank you to all that were part of a great experience.

I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience with Fields Cadillac! I desperately needed to get my car serviced due to a fuel pump motor control recall and an A/C issue caused by a bad thermostat. I live in Georgia, so going back and forth isn’t easy, and I really needed my vehicle ready for my son’s fourth birthday party on Saturday, October 18.
At first, I was told there were no loaner vehicles available, which had me worried because I needed something large enough to carry all the party supplies. However, after explaining my situation, the Fields Cadillac team truly went above and beyond. They understood my circumstance and made sure I had a rental vehicle big enough to handle everything I needed for the celebration.
Even better, my car was repaired in just one day, allowing me to pick it up before heading back home to Georgia. The service didn’t stop there—after returning the loaner, I realized I had left a family heirloom inside, and the Fields team not only located it but also had it ready and waiting for my sister to pick up.
A huge thank you to Jarrod (Service Department Manager) and Steven (Service Representative) for their outstanding communication, empathy, and professionalism. Their care and efficiency made what could’ve been a stressful situation completely seamless.
I’m extremely grateful and will continue trusting Fields Cadillac for all my service needs. Highly recommend!
