I was impressed with the professional staff at Fields Cadillac Jacksonville. I was actually going to Orlando to purchase a Cadillac their. I decided to stop at this location to see what they had on their lot. Kevin suggested I take it for a test drive. The car was very comfortable and the manager made me a offer I couldn't refuse. I'm glad I decided to stop by and they were very accommodating to us. Top notch place if business.

2021 CT4 I bought used. It was being serviced by Fields and as you can see it basically looks like a new vehicle. More importantly it rides new!! Because the maintenance has been kept up impeccably by Fields! So if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it! I continue to bring it to Fields. And my treatment by the staff is a direct reflection of the quality of care and maintenance reflected in my vehicle. If I buy a new Cadillac, I’m going to Fields! If I buy a use one, I’m going to Fields to keep it up! Please keep and maintain this level of service and customer care!! It’s rare in today’s world and it was greatly appreciated to be treated like you make an effort to treat others! I look forward to keep this car driving great a long time! Caddi has done an excellent job combining simplistic convenience and style in very enjoyable vehicles to drive! As a family from a long history of Cadillac ownership and service; it lease don’t change?!

My experience yesterday was not good with Bill he called and asked me to call him back I did he quoted me a $458 for a battery I then asked if it was covered he said he would check and call me back, he never called back. About and 1 hour later I called and he then said my car was charging I wondered why but figured I’d wait until we were through. 2 hr passed I called back an was told he was not in and that I could come to the service dept meanwhile I’m sitting t in the service area watching him he had on royal blue shirt. He came to get the last guy that was in the waiting area but he didn’t come in he signaledfor the guy to come out side. I sat there just to see what he would do. He went back to the office talked with Jr and another laughing as if I wasn’t there waiting. He never came to get me. Finally I decided to go over and when I walked up to his s desk he then said your car is ready. It wasn’t the battery and we changed the key fob battery. I arrived T about 9:30 ish and it was now 3:22pm. I never complain about the service I go in prepared to wait but yesterday I felt like I was being made to wait until the last person because Mr Melvin had went over and said something to the ppl that told me that they couldn’t pick up my car instead of explaining to me the reason why. I never go into an establishment to cause problems. I abide by the rules. I treat everybody with respect and kindness, and I expect to be treated the same when I asked Bill why was my battery dead or what caused my battery to die he said maybe I left something on in the car and I said OK. I don’t know what that could’ve possibly have been but they were not able to exchange the battery because the diagnostic test showed that the battery was good and he said it only took an hour to change the battery and then they cleaned the car which was nice but once you realize that I only needed a key fob and that you weren’t going to get $458 out of me I feel like he purposely made me wait until the end of the day even the cook was gone. The kitchen was closed. Was nobody in that waiting area but me and he didn’t even come to get me. That’s the worst that I’ve been treated since I’ve been at Fields Cadillac. I’m saying this because you didn’t seem to care about me so I’m telling how you treated me. So. My opinion is that you don’t respect the person that is in charge over there so you decide to show me in an sly way that you do what’s is best for you and when it pleases you. Going forward I only wan To deal with people who appreciate me as a person and a customer. For what it was worth Fields Cadillac should just given me key fob battery. I was there for 6 hours😩

I met with a salesman yesterday to purchase a new 2026 Cadillac CT5. After finally getting the purchase price correct and locating a vehicle in Tampa, I was ready to close the deal. The salesman sent me home and said he would call me back that night to confirm delivery. Well, he did not call me back that day; he called back the next day and said the dealership in Tampa had placed the vehicle in a loaner program so that I could not get it. I called the dealership in Tampa myself to confirm, and that was not true. He even took a picture of the mileage to confirm with me and offered to sell me the vehicle. Personally, I believe that because I qualify for the GM employee discount, the dealership was not too interested in going through with the deal because of the small profit they would make.

Went in for a recall. My mother is 82 years old and a devoted Cadillac driver but that meant absolutely nothing to this Fields Cadillac of Jacksonville Florida. In fact the rear window was lowered on the way to the shop and we simply asked if they could it back up and we would get an estimate to repair it later. Nope. It was so icy cold with the wind. On the way home we stopped at a shop that provides glass works and details. The much younger, friendly staff politely lifted the window up into place and even showed us how to lock the window button until the repairs can be made. Whenever I tried to pay they wouldn't accept it. That part of course was a bonus and renewed my faith in the next generation of service providers. And to the Good ole boys that have plagued our lives for generations I say... Good riddance to your self serving service priorities as usual.
