I recently had my 2024 CT5 V Blackwing serviced with an oil change. When I got home, I noticed a burnt oil smell coming from the car. I called the dealership right away, and they asked me to bring it back so they could clean up the oil residue, but I’m still smelling burnt oil. It’s a shame to go to the dealership for an oil change but to receive a Take 5 oil service. Fields Cadillac has to do better. Chris R

OMG! The Team at Fields Cadillac, Blanding Bld. Provided exceptional Service. Steve my Service Advisor was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Mo-town Bobby my shuttle driver made my day. I love my 2021 Cadillac XT6, but my experience with Fields Cadillac has been disappointing. I was incorrectly charged during purchase, had payment discrepancies at signing, and my vehicle was delivered with scratches and not in true showroom-detail condition. Recall service communication was poor, and comments were made suggesting I would be responsible for work that should have been warranty-covered. Most recently, during an oil change, I confirmed a complimentary wash, vacuum, and tire shine none of which were completed, and the response I received was dismissive. I hope the dealership will make this right and restore Cadillac-level customer service. My year anniversary was 12/18/25

I have had awful experiences at other Cadillac dealers, but this place was not one of them! I came to the showroom, and was greeted by friendly staff asking if I needed help. They helped direct me to service. I met a nice service advisor named Steven who helped me. He took the time to listen to my concerns and issues with my vehicle. It was so refreshing to talk to someone who actually cared! My repairs were made swiftly. They even offered me free breakfast and washed my Escalade!
