They did change the oil, but told me they couldn’t rotate the tires due to a “safety issue” and claimed the tires were splitting, which was later confirmed by another shop to be untrue. They also told me the battery was fine, only for it to completely die less than a week later. Throughout the visit, it felt like the employees were more interested in hanging out and working on a friend’s car than actually addressing my concerns. Overall, the service felt careless and unreliable. I won’t be returning

He was very polite and kind. Was not pushy and made sure i was informed of everything going on. Additionally he cleaned my windows and filled up my tires. Definitely recommend stopping by here for any needs you may have.

I’ve been a loyal customer of the company for years and they have been the only people to touch my vehicles. Last month I noticed a small oil leak with my truck so I brought my truck in 11/8 to be serviced. The mechanic assured me that the only issue was a small cap and no other issues were found only for 30 days later a full exacerbated crack to be found. I have always been a person to try to catch issues early to avoid extremely costly and unexpected repairs due to me being a single mother and now I’m looking at a $400 repair quote 2 weeks before Christmas because of their oversight and all I get is a weak apology and them saying let us know if you want it fixed.
