To the point where he "couldn't put anything in it because it was pouring right out" They showed me the "leak" and gave me the price. I politely denied the cost, continued with just the oil change and what do ya know ... The worker leans against my window area after everything is done and says "good news. It's not broken, i overlooked it, it just wasn't tightened all the way" I don't appreciate trying to be scammed. I will not be returning to this business and will spread the word about Express Oil Change trying to scam people.
