    One of the fast chargers has been broken for months. The other one only sometimes works. Southpoint nearby is a much better option.

    I had to remove the automatic Plug-and-Charge feature from my FordPass app and pay via a credit card to get the charger to work. I tried 3 stations, and each time, the app said "Charging Started" but nothing happened, and I got an error message after 3 minutes.

    Fast charging, my Rivian stopped charging after about 10 minutes and I had to go back and start again (not sure if it was the charger or my suv that was the problem). So on the 2nd attempt stayed with the vehicle and let it charge to 80% so I could get back home.

    I was disappointed that 2 of 4 stations were working. Also not listed on Google maps. I drove around the shopping area for 15 minutes looking g for the charging station. Luckily I wasn't late to return to the car rental.

    350 kWh charger was broken. Used 100kwh charger which worked but wouldn’t go above 75kwh. Quite expensive as well.
