  Ryan at Enterprise Commercial Truck Rental is top-tier. His communication is outstanding—clear, fast, and proactive. He helped wherever and whenever he could, and even went the extra mile by speaking directly with my insurance company to clear up a misunderstanding that could’ve turned into a headache. He didn’t have to do that. He did anyway. If you’re renting a commercial truck and want someone who actually gives a damn, ask for Ryan.

  I made a reservation three weeks in advance for a 26’ truck received a call 1 hour before they closed saying they had no trucks available, my pickup was in the morning the next day the guy who called me tried to transfer me to another location and the call didn’t go thru so I waited a few minutes to see if he was going to call back nothing so I called the other locations on my own and they were unable to provide a truck as well no knock on them since my reservation was not with them, so I called my location back and asked what’s the point of a reservation if you don’t have the vehicle reserved available it was like oh well I can call you if something comes in how does sitting around waiting for a call that mind you never came when I took off of work to move on a specific day and to be inconvenienced because of poor service I do not recommend this location to anyone who already has plans set to move or whatever the case may be as they may not have a vehicle for you even with a reservation.
