I made a reservation for a van four days in advance, assuming everything would be in order. When I arrived at my scheduled pickup time, they told me the van wasn't available. They assured me it would be ready by 4 PM. I planned my day around this new time, and when I checked back, they still did not have the van. What is the point of making a reservation if you don't honor it? This is completely unprofessional, a massive waste of my time, and has completely disrupted my plans. Terrible customer service and zero reliability. I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you actually need a vehicle when you're promised one.
