  I had amazing customer service. I had a young woman (I wish I could remember her name) who had a great smile and was welcoming. Helped make sure I got a 8ft bed as requested. Walked the truck with me and had great attention to detail. Even gave me a follow up call to confirm everything was as it should be. I’m seriously considering going back and recruiting her to come work for me. 10/10 don’t lose her. I’m sure you know who I’m speaking of as she has to be one of your best employees

  I wanted to take a minute to share how extremely pleased we were last week when an unexpected breakdown happened while I was transporting two vehicles to Florida. We called the Jacksonville location and had the absolute pleasure of working with Sharlah Welsh and Blake VanAlstine. These two went above and beyond to get us a replacement truck so we could finish our transports from Pennsylvania — and even arranged a one-way rental so I could make it home in time for Halloween with my son. Their professionalism, dedication, and kindness turned a stressful situation into a smooth one. Both Sharlah and Blake deserve to be recognized for their outstanding service. It’s so refreshing to deal with people who truly care about their customers. I’ll definitely recommend this Jacksonville, FL, rental location to anyone! Thank you again, ladies, for staying late and getting us back on the road!

  All the people who worked there were great as I was able to talk with all of them at one time or another either on the phone to set up the rental or look for a truck available to rent or help me get set up with the rental and get me out the door in a quick way and on the road. These people could not have been nicer😊 I wish all places I shopped at had these people that work for Enterprise Truck Rental. Our world would be a much better place to have people in positions that love their job.
