  I had to put my truck in the shop n went here for rental they were friendly n even picked me up n took me back to branch to do paperwork clean vehicle fast n easy process fair prices great customer service highly recommend n will use them again

  I am extremely pleased with the service provided at the Enterprise location on Main Street. As a corporate renter through my employer, I consistently receive exceptional service from Ramsey and Brandon, who are always accommodating and professional. Because of my positive experiences, I even chose to rent from this location for personal use while traveling. The team at Main Street always provides prompt attention, and I’ve been thoroughly satisfied with their level of customer care. However, my overall experience with Enterprise was recently affected by a less favorable encounter at the airport location. Unfortunately, the service at the airport branch did not meet the same standard. The staff there seemed inexperienced, and communication was poor. I experienced an issue with my rental after hours and attempted to exchange the vehicle at the airport location. Despite observing multiple vehicles in the lot, I was told on consecutive days that there were no cars available for a swap. When I inquired about receiving a vehicle similar to my current rental—an intermediate SUV—I was informed that only a compact vehicle could be offered for a “shift swap.” Both times, I spoke with the manager, Jacob Hasty, who came across as dismissive and condescending. His demeanor, including what appeared to be smirking during our conversation, left me feeling disrespected and devalued as a customer. Ultimately, I returned to the Main Street location, where the customer service was once again excellent. While I would absolutely recommend and continue to rent from the Main Street team, I would not choose the airport location again based on this experience. My concern is not simply about the inability to switch vehicles, but about the lack of professionalism and courtesy I received. As a medical provider, I understand the importance of quality service and respectful communication, and I sincerely hope this matter is addressed to prevent similar experiences for future customers.

  This is The Dixons and I want to give a huge COMPLIMENT AND GRATITUDE towards Brandon and Ramsey for the longest extension rental ever. If you ever had a car accident and need help, they are definitely your guys to go too. Thank you a lot guys!!!! Big up to rental enterprise

  We have rented cars on all of our vacations and I tell you a lot of Enterprise Rent-A-Car places. This location seemed little sure, but we left with one of the most satisfying experiences we've ever had. I believe his name is Brandon. Thank you very much.
