He built rapport with us discussing our cats while we waited through some of the lengthier processes like getting financing and obtaining insurance. The entire team at this location was accommodating and friendly offering us tea or coffee, water and chips. This location is EPIC!

This was the 1st time in 20 years the price i reserved ths car for was not honored! It was almost $400 more for the week that I reserved it for. I will not go back, I recommend you go to Budget who honors everything advertised, unlike enterprise who is very dishonest and a week before Christmas they thought they could screw me over and charge me almost $400 more for a week rental, definitely do not go to a place that can not honor a rate that was booked weeks prior!!!

- DSDon SmithDec 5, 20251.0Please be advised, if you accidentally leave something in a Rental vehicle from this vendor, your chances of retrieving that item is slim to none based on my most recent experience. I dropped the vehicle off within two hours. I realized there is an item left in the driver side door went back to the rental site and was told by management nothing had been turned in after knowing for a fact, the item was left in the side pocket of the driver‘s door. Common sense protocol would dictate the vehicle be thoroughly checked for any items being left in the car as I’m sure it happens quite often and then those items being turned into management as lost and found that wasn’t the case for me. My only assumption is whoever service the vehicle ended up keeping the The item for themselves. Management wouldn’t even take 5 to 10 minutes to walk back in ask if anything was found I won’t be using this vendor anymore for any of my business travels..
