  I made a reservation online for a large SUV, the booking went through, I got the confirmation email, etc. I went there this morning too pick it up and was told that the manager "tried" to call me yesterday (if he did, he didn't leave a message!) to let me know that they didn't have the car I needed. On site all they had a medium SUV, too small for my family. I asked the agent to call another location to check the availability for a large SUV, but strangely their phone had a problem and they couldn't call... seriously? So, I called the company, explained my problem, and was sent to another location 15 minutes away where they had a van that would fit my needs. We drove there, to hear that the van in question had a recall for a defective seat belt!!! NEVER again will I book with Enterprise. I rapidly found what I needed at SIXT.

  Terrible customer service!!! Made my reservation last week. I called the day before arrange time and a pick up. No show!!! I called very rude customer service with no sign of concern. " you dont have a reservation!!" Period.. this guy should be working in the back garage not at a front desk. They finally find me and pick me up.. already 40 minutes late. My car not ready. It gonna be a wait 4 people ahead of you with no car!!!! Now I am hours late and going to cost me money. I sit here being ignored.

  I had the pleasure of being assisted by Tomar Jones at this location a few weeks ago, and I must say he went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me get into a rental; that was spacious and comfortable. His Customer Service was Top Tier, I must admit that I’m not the easiest customer; but Tomar actually listened and never once complained. That to ME spoke volumes, he never showed that I was getting on his nerves; which made me laugh to myself as I was driving off. He was respectful and humble the entire process, and for that I am grateful. This location needs more employees like Tomar, he is definitely THE BEST!!! The 5 stars given was not for the location or branch itself! It was for the patience Tomar displayed on a day that I was there in pain, after making 3 trips, to switch out a rental with No Luck! He was the only one that made the initiative to offer help, after standing in the lobby for over 10 minutes. He came in from outside and approached me immediately. Thank You, Tomar you are much appreciated!
