  The call I got the day before my pick up to confirm my reservation was made by “Brandon.” I could barely hear him speak and he sounded like his mother just died. You may want to think about someone with better customer service skills working your telephones. He did not tell me that I was not allowed to park my personal vehicle on property which I’ve always been able to do when renting from enterprise. When I arrived for my pick up on Friday, I was told after I had already signed all the paperwork that I couldn’t leave with the van and leave my personal vehicle here so I had to take my personal vehicle home. Wait for someone to come pick me up and drive me all the way back to enterprise to pick up the rental vehicle to begin my trip. This wasted an hour and a half of my time and gas in my personal vehicle that could’ve been save had the mumbler communicated the new rules to me the day prior. Everyone that worked in there was not friendly and did not want to be helpful at all. The person who signed my paperwork did not give me his name, but I could barely understand him either and to be quite frank he seemed like he was under the influence of either alcohol or marijuana. I was told by a female associate that parking on the lot was the decision of the general manager, so I would love a phone call or email from that general manager because I would love to tell him how horrible his business is being run and how he should clear out half of the cars on his lot to make room for personal vehicle so people don’t have to stand in the cold waiting for an Uber or waiting for the driver because the office is full of people renting vehicles. I will find a new enterprise rental car space to rent from where I can park on property and I can understand the people who are working there. This was the worst experience I’ve had with enterprise in a very long time, and I will not be back to this location unless the general manager contacts me and we can make arrangements for him to run his business the way it should be run.
