I had a reservation in a different Enterprise and they rented the car that was for me to someone else without notification nor a prior call. Manager (the only white guy in the branch that day, Logan) came with excuses and when asked if he could reach out to other branches to find another car, didn’t moved a finger…instead he asked me to drive myself and find me a car. He called me two hours later saying that he got some cars delivered to his branch, but it was too late as I had already drove to another branch …(with excellent customer service as a matter of fact). The manager at the 1007 Blanding Blvd., Orange Park 32065 location, has the worst customer service skills and I made sure he knew, because I told him myself!…but now I want everyone to know! He simply didn’t wanted to do his job! Clearly, customers are not important for him! If you want to experience great customer service and are a customer that likes being treated with respect, drive a little farther to the Enterprise located at 7945 Blanding Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida 32244…as all employees working in this branch demonstrated that for them, customer is first! They do know how to do their job! The only good thing that Logan did, was to ask me to drive further to get myself a car, as he directed me to excellent service, the one that he wasn’t willing to provide! If you are in need of renting a car and live in the Blanding, Argyle, Middleburg area, avoid problems and terrible service and rent from the Enterprise at 7945 Blanding Boulevard…very professional staff, willing to provide excellent customer service!

Manager Larry was very professional and kind. Even assisted me with a rude home without having to pay for an Uber. Thank you for this great experience.
