    Always helpful. I use my Nivel account through my company every single year and never once have I had a problem with the guys and women in this place only never book at 103rd they give you a lot of trouble there. Mohammad Abushaib the manager is always a a joy to work with thank you for always being the best you can be

    The check-out process was very efficient and thorough. Zandrea made sure I understood some of the nuances of the vehicle before my trip. The vehicle appeared to be very well maintained and exceeded my expectations. The check in process was just as efficient. Will use again and highly recommend.

    The location on Blanding Blvd in Jacksonville Florida wasy easy in and out. The lady we worked with was pleasant and explained all of the extras that were available. I will use that location again if I need another car for a day trip
