Justin Murray, the rep that checked me out and then back in (a week later) was pleasant, polite, professional and efficient! He got me in and out quickly, which is always a good thing!

I rented from them for over a month and had to change out a couple times during this time because the rental I was in needed an oil change, which means they keep up on their maintenance. They made the process smooth and were very helpful and friendly. Everyone that works there needs to be noticed. Thank you very much for making it easy for me while I was without my vehicle! Keep up the GREAT customer service.

Nothing else comparable other than a Jetta where they discounted the price by $15 only because “prices were high”. Standard category was less than $40 at time of reservation. Customer service said I would get a call from the district manager, but nothing happened. Excellent customer service, everyone was courteous and professional. A lot of different car models available at this location. Great experience from beginning to end, thank you.
