- DADennis Arguna4 days ago1.0The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end for me. I rent for work almost every week, and several cars I’ve received were not in great condition. One was even unsafe to drive due to worn wipers that made visibility terrible. Cars are often dirty inside and out: grimy windscreens, watermarks like they were wiped with a dirty cloth, dusty interiors, dirty upholstery, sticky cupholders, animal hair, and plenty of dings and scratches. One rental had an overwhelming perfume smell that gave me a headache and sinus issues during an 11-hour drive. I don’t expect luxury, but for relatively new cars at this price, the condition is often unacceptable. It reflects poorly on me professionally when I arrive at work sites, and there’s simply no guarantee you’ll get a decent car. Sadly, this might well be my last time renting here and I returned my rental today... a day early... and refused a replacement.

Nick even called after we turned in the rental to be sure we were satisfied with our service. We rent here periodically when we take long trips and we've always had a good experience. We recommend this location!
