  The Enterprise team at the Philips Highway location always go out of their way to help my wife and me with a great rental car that meets our needs. The cars we have rented have been clean, beautiful and well-maintained.

  To be clear, we rent ALOT from enterprise. The only reason for not giving 1 star is because of how kind the representatives that helped. Rented a third row SUV ($1000) for a week, and was told I would have a Grand Wagoner as we need the space for my family if 5. This was not the case and we were given an expedition. This would be fine, if it wasn't in such awful shape. The outside was beyond filthy, and was COVERED in scratches (se pics). Upon entering the vehicle, it reeked of old lady perfume and the entire headliner was covered in stains. Fast forward, the car sounds like it has a decent exhaust leak as well. We just thought enterprise was better than this, and will be going a different route in the future.

  Frustrating experience from start to finish. I rented a premium full-size SUV from Enterprise for a trip, but halfway through, the vehicle developed mechanical issues. I had to call Enterprise multiple times, which was stressful and took up valuable time during my trip. Eventually, I had to swap the vehicle at a different airport, and instead of receiving a similar replacement, I was given a minivan — a clear downgrade from what I originally paid for. To make matters worse, when I returned the vehicle, the representative showed no concern for the inconvenience I went through. They refused to acknowledge the difference in vehicle class and pricing between the premium SUV and the minivan.

  A testament to a quality business is their people... and how they deal with adversity. Stuff happens... I had a reservation for 2 weeks. The day before there was a maintenance problem with the car... a large passenger van for an event with my kids that I couldn't reschedule. Ron and RJ gave me solace. They went out early Saturday morning before their work day ... to another Enterprise to get me the vehicle that I needed. No complaints.. no excuses... No "I'm sorry sir, it's not our fault"... They did what they needed to do to take care of me as a customer. Those are the biggest wins for me ... when something happens out of their control and instead of making excuses they take action to resolve. I've been going there for years and this is another reason why I'll continue to go there. And just because RJ is a Giants fan 🏈... doesn't skew my appreciation for them.. 😉... Thank you gentlemen!
