- RHRob H.Jan 3, 20264.0When I got there, I was told the convertible wasn’t available (I had a feeling before that it probably wasn’t anyway so no big deal), so I was given a luxury SUV rental instead. It was a great ride—the Hyundai Genesis GV70, a nice car. While the employees were nice and accommodating, they didn’t quite relay some important information to me. I wasn’t told how much it would cost at the desk so had to go back and check. Upon returning the vehicle, I was told it was an extra $19–because it was supposed to be returned at 12:15pm..exactly 5 days after I rented it. Again, not a huge deal but I definitely wasn’t told that. Overall, employees were nice and helpful, but I just wish they relayed the important information at the time of rental.

No vehicles🤦🏾♀️They take reservations and don't have vehicles. The black skinny, short hair lady has poor customer service skills. It appears that all the employees are in training because they can't choose a vehicle without consulting her. Sad location that needs better management. I said what I said. Update: Hi Christopher. I did reach out to that helpline and they were also no help. Please advise another form of communication that I could use to speak with someone.
- ZFZayden FryerDec 8, 20251.0I am very irritated and disappointed with Enterprise I rented a car from them a week ago and called to get an extension on the vehicle The extension was processed and I was told by the customer service representative that the branch would reach out to take payment I provided an alternate phone number to reach me on due to the phone being broken on the number that was listed on my acct. I never received a called which led me to believe the payment had been ran automatically or maybe they would take payment when I returned the car. I woke up to an email last Friday basically advising me to extend the car or return it and that they had been trying to reach me. I made contact right away to pay what was owed and extend for another week and was told they weren't aware of the alternate number provided and that they had been trying to reach me on the original number to take payment. I was also told that I couldn't extend the car and I was placed on the DO NOT RENT list all for something that wasn't my fault at all. Now I don't have transportation for the week while my car is being repaired....Do better Enterprise this was totally unfair to me!
