I had a vehicle reservation and this location did not have my vehicle when I arrived. The Branch Manager O'Brien Wauchope tried charging me an additional charge for a different vehicle that he had at this location. It's not fair to the customer to have a reservation, and show up to pick the vehicle up then being to that we don't have your vehicle.

I am sharing my experience and I am not looking for a follow up. I was referred by insurance company to pick up a car from them and I had 3 issues while having my car in the shop. The first issue was they put me in a bigger vehicle than I asked for, I didn't want a big vehicle due to gas purposes and asked them as soon they get a car, to let me know. They still charged me for the gas instead of compensating me for putting me in a vehicle that I didn't ask for. Once they received a car, they let me know and I picked it up. I happen to just review the car again once I got possession of the car and notice they gave me a car with an expired tag... they claimed it was renewed in the system but as a consumer, why do you think I would want to ride in a car that's not mine that has expired tags? I took it back and got a 3rd car from them ... mind you, I had only been in a rental no more than a week at this point. The 3rd car I got, I got accused of damaging even though I walked the car with the assistant manager and told her that there was damage under the car that needs to be documented and she said okay.. guess what ? she didn't document it and the general manager calls me and asked about damages. I requested that I get an update regarding what corporate said about the rental being damaged, that was about a month ago and I still have not received a follow up regarding this matter and at this point I don't want one. I would def recommend going to a different location because this office is all over the place. I would also recommend documenting EVERY SINGLE THING because they will say something never happened after you sat down and gave them clarity .
