    Once again this specific Enterprise agency at the Jacksonville airport , shines for its excellency. I left my wallet at my rental . Before I even noticed that I left it , the manager Shawn gave me a call and notified me one of his guys had found it. If I didn’t make it back on time he was going to leave it at the safe . This team is fantastic

    This establishment is super unprofessional. Me and my family were told over the phone that a rental could be booked with a scanned copy of my drivers license since I forgot my drivers license. Got here at 3 a.m. with my tired family and that was not the case. Do not use enterprise.

    Great experience with both enterprise locations at Jacksonville Airport and the local Stuart Fl location at 1991 Federal Hwy where we returned the car. Checked in using the app prior to picking up vehicle. Young man helped us to our vehicle with no waiting at the counter. Provided with an upgrade with no request made and no additional amount charged. Upon returning the vehicle very nice and pleasant staff members at the Stuart Fl location. Quickly assisted us with the vehicle return with no wait. Thank you. Great experience and we will use your services again.

    I wish I could give 0 stars or even negative numbers. I purchased an Allegiant bundle that included a rental car for my college age son. He was flying to Florida from Cincinnati to visit a friend. He flew into the Jacksonville airport and then was going to drive to his friend's house in Gainesville. This was only the 2nd time he had flown. There were no problems with the flight, but when he got to the Enterprise desk, they would not honor the reservation that I had prepaid. He had a Greenlight debit card, my Discover card, and cash. There were additional taxes and fees (of course). Even though he had three different ways to pay these additional charges, they would not accept them - wouldn't take cash (WTH!!! and why not????), wouldn't take the Discover card because it was not in his name even though I was on the phone with them and gave permission, and wouldn't accept his debit card. So, left him stranded at the airport. The attitude of the desk clerk and supervisor was terrible. They offered no help or suggestions and were very flippant. Oh well, too bad for him. They hid behind the old "our policies" excuse. Well, some policies are ridiculous and unreasonable. Excellent customer service requires going above and beyond just following policies like sheep and allowing for exceptions when needed. I'm sure the supervisor could have asked his manager if an exception could be made rather than leaving a young man stranded at the airport on New Years day. Enterprise has lost my business forever. Addendum So after receiving the reply indicating they would like to further investigate the situation, I contacted them and they predictably offer no resolution or even a sorry for your trouble. Terrible customer service and unfriendly customer service policies make them a company I will not use again ever. They don't care about their customers. So few companies do these days. Such a sad state of affairs.

    We picked up our rental on a Friday at a different location. On Saturday, we left at 7am to drive 8+ hours. Within minutes of getting on the road, I noticed the tire light was on. We pulled into a gas station and saw a nail in the tire. We called the 800# and spoke to someone who was LESS than helpful (and quite rude). I asked if we could go to the airport location to switch out vehicles since they were the only location currently open. He said I could try and he would send them an email. We got air in the tire and drove to the airport. Here, we met the amazing “T”. She was so kind and understanding. She radioed Jacob, who drove up in the same class of vehicle within minutes of our arrival. The vehicle was SO much cleaner than the one we had. Jacob and T couldn’t have been nicer. We are so grateful for their kindness. We went from feeling defeated to being thrilled that we could still make the trip. T and Jacob are a true asset to Enterprise. We highly recommend this location!
