  Do not do business with this location. I had the worst experience possible. The service was extremely rude and unprofessional. The local manager, Tabitha, was particularly discourteous and not honest. Despite my insurance reserving a car for me, they did not provide the correct vehicle, making the entire situation frustrating and disappointing. Overall, it was the worst service I could have imagined.

  If I could give a ZERO I WOULD!!! The Van they gave us was in terrible condition on the inside and should be discarded!!! We booked a Van back in October for Christmas and this is what we got!! I wouldn’t have even taken the Van if we had not already gotten there to pick it up on Christmas Eve for our family trip!! At that point we had no choice!!! The least the manage team could have done was offered money off or a refund!!! We were charged $947.00 for this junk!!! I talked to them about it when we returned but no compensation!! The seats were so NASTY that we had to put throws on them just to sit!! The back of the seats looked as though someone had taken a rake and just plucked up the material!! No Bluetooth!! But what makes it worse is they do have another nicer Transit Van that was there when we returned from our vacation. How we got stuck with this Van was HORRIBLE!! They didn’t even try to correct the issue!! I am not going to use Enterprise going ahead for any Car or Van rental!! This last incident with the Van was very EMBARRASSING TO ME AND MY FAMILY!!!

  Not professional, the agent in phone allowed me the booking and when I showed up they said no cars available. Not a good place to have business

  Like to thank enterprise for getting me a rental car during the time of my car being serviced I was provided a compact car during my duration of time which was a 2025 Toyota Camry you do have to pay a $50 refundable credit/debit card for them if it’s through ur insurance company but everything was smooth. Definitely something I wasn’t use to as my car was a SUV and this was a sedan so the switch was abit hard to navigated at first but everything was great! If dropping off after hours or during weekend when close there is a drop off key box near the front door area for you to place the key and order a ride to home or wherever you need to go.

  I reserved a MiniVan at this Enterprise location over 5 minths ago. I received confirmation and frw reminders but i received a call saying that MiniVan is no longer available since over booking. This appears to be a case of poor planning. I would highly recommend to avoid using enterprise since we had bad experience couple of time.
