    They gave me the run around for two days and never gave me a rental. I transferred my reservation to 103rd location and received a car right away.

    I had a reservation set for 1pm on Saturday not realizing that they close at 1pm. I was late showing up to get the car and I arrived at 1:40pm. To my surprise an associate was still there. I apologized for being late and asked her if she could please help me as I came from lakeland Florida. Before I could say anything further she told me that she's closed and the only reason that she's still there is because she was helping to checkout another customer. I told her that I had a reservation and begged. She said that I was late and my reservation was given away and that there were no more cars available. She was very rude about it as well. Seeing as how i booked my reservation directly through the enterprise website i was surprised to know that they won't even hold your reservation for 1 hour if you're late and they also won't give you a phone call or text either prior to giving your reservation away. Very disappointing!
