We reserved a car, confirmed it, and when we arrived we were told they not only did they not have the car we reserved, but there was no cars at all. They said it was our fault for not answering their call 2 hours before picking up the vehicle....we were on the amtrak and did not have service. We asked for help locating a vehicle, they told us we could call around and try to find a car, then would need to Uber ourselves there. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I have exclusively used enterprise for years and this is the worst situation and service Ive ever received.
