  My recent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was exceptional from start to finish. I’d like to extend special recognition to Keyshawn James, who provided truly outstanding service. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor made the entire rental process effortless and enjoyable. Keyshawn went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, turning what could have been a routine transaction into a seamless and pleasant experience. Because of his excellent customer care, I will absolutely be renting with Enterprise again in the future and recommending their services to others. Thank you, Enterprise, and especially Keyshawn James, for setting such a high standard of excellence.

  We reserved a vehicle way ahead of our trip on 103rd St. location, we received a confirmation phone call ahead of pick up day, yet, when we went to the pick up location on Saturday, they didn't have our reserved vehicle. They had no other vehicles to give us, just told us to wait and maybe they will have one for us in a while. So we waited, and called after a while, they said they supposedly called other lications, but still no vehicle for us. We started calling around on our own to see if there were other locations with vehicles, we found one at the San Jose Blvd. location, about 20 minutes away. We drove there and when we arrived, they said they have other reservations which they have to honor before us. Mind you, our reservation was originally for 9:30 am and it was 11:30 am now. We called the 1-800 number to see if they can help, since our trip was now delayed over two hours and we still had no vehicle. All location were about to close in less than 1 hour. They found a vehicle for us at another location, 17 minutes away, on SR 13. We rushed there and were finally able to get a vehicle 3 hours later. They were 30 minutes away from where we originally were going to get a car from, and told us that there will be a fee if we don't bring the vehicle back to their location. After we explained what happened with our reservation, the manager was willing to void the fee for returning their vehicle to the location closer to us. However, we should have not have to deal with a 3 hour runaround, after having a confirmed reservation. And also, it's unacceptable that the location on 103rd street did not do their due diligence to find us another vehicle since it was completely their mistake. Very disappointed and poor customer service. We will use another car rental company next time.
