An hour later, I’m still waiting and staff are actively calling other customers to tell them their reservations also can’t be honored. Yet the website still allows new bookings at this location, which is incredibly misleading. When I asked how this could happen, I was told they use an “open reservation” system, as if that somehow excuses taking reservations they cannot fulfill. That explanation means nothing to a customer who made concrete plans based on a confirmed booking. I specifically chose this location because I needed to drive 14 hours to attend a funeral. Had I known there was any chance my reservation wouldn’t be honored, I would have made other arrangements. Now I will likely miss the memorial services because of this failure. This isn’t a small inconvenience. It’s a serious breakdown in accountability and transparency. A reservation should mean something. Renter beware. Response to management: I have reached out multiple times and there is still no resolution.

He had rented with Budget, went to pick up & they wouldn’t rent to him because he didn’t have a major credit card. They did not tell him that when he initially rented. They canceled his reservation & said it would be 10 business days to get his money back!!! Ridiculous!!! I have always rented with Enterprise & suggested he go there. They took care of him & he is on his way home for Christmas!!! Thank you Enterprise! This momma’s Christmas has been made!
