Told me they would call me and never heard back from them. Called several times to see if I could pick up a vehicle the next day. Couldn’t even bother to talk to me on the phone and just hung up on me after being on hold 15 minutes at a time. How can a car rental business run without having cars available? Or maybe don’t accept reservations you can’t complete. I had to miss hours for work for this and now I am going to have to lose more money taking Ubers to get where I need to be. Absolutely pathetic.

Keep your peace and just go to another location where staff can handled these type of situations with a level of professionalism and maturity.
