  Janaro Jackson was quick and helpful with my most recent rental. I've rented from here a few times and never had any issues with the vehicles. There is an occasional wait for someone to free up but this time Janaro helped me get in and out faster than any other rental place I've used recently.

  Has got to be the worse rental experience I’ve ever had. Made a reservation over three months in advance to get the best deal. Arrived at this location they had the wrong email address so I never received a reservation number so I called one week before pickup they said everything was good to go. They said I made the pick up time at noon. But I was there at 8am because I made the pickup time for 9am. They said they did not have the vehicle I reserved on the lot and they could put me in something different. I said no I had reserved the vehicle three months out. Then the manager comes back with they have one at another location 30mins away. stated they are bringing it to them 830 at 9:52 the manager comes to me and says that vehicle as a check engine light on and has to be serviced. Manager states ( he can put me into another car that they cannot rent jeep wranglers out anymore). so i get on the phone because im stranded at this location and I found out that that is not the only jeep wranglers that enterprise has that the normal jeep wranglers are not on recall that its only the 4xe on recall and jeep wagoner. so at this point non of the staff would give me the time of day. But each one of them was ease dropping on my conversation with enterprise but still would not talk to me. Very very unprofessional place when it comes to honesty and professionalism. If you don’t have something then say something be upfront with your customers. I called Gainesville and they were amazing 10 fold they had the jeep wrangler in there lot they gave it to me at the same price I reserved three months ago I will drive to Gainesville for all my rental vehicles from now own. They also were very upset that the Jacksonville Chrysler jeep dodge ram location was very unprofessional and that it makes them all look bad.

  Great experience at NurseryFields Drive off Baymeadows Shout out to Janaro Jackson Jr the Branch Manager. He has restore my faith in Enterprise After my last experience at this location I was hesitant to call but I did and glad to have met this fine young man! Great personality Made sure I was completely satisfied with rental vehicle and customer service. If you need a car you’d better call Janaro today he will likely be promoted He’s the real deal
