  The whole staff was very attentive. I was greeted when I came in, both at an earlier visit and at this one. The process was efficient and surprisingly quick. The manager checked in every now and then. Katie was the greatest as she helped me through the process. They have a little celebration at the end, playing a song the customer picks to play while ringing the bell and everyone cheers. They put a bow in the car and took pictures with me beside it. The atmosphere in the office is very upbeat and positive.

  My car buying experience was excellent. Nothing short of amazing and I owe that to Mickie Williams. She went above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy. She explained everything thoroughly and helped us get through the entire process. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Mickie was very professional and knowledgeable with everything she did and said. She gave us great advice about ways to further save money. I had a not so great experience at the last place I purchased from. This was without a doubt one of the best experiences! Highly recommend Mickie, you will not be disappointed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  This was an amazing process from start to finish, and I never thought I’d say that about buying a car. This was my first car I’ve ever purchased myself so I was very nervous. Everyone has heard a horror story of someone getting scammed while buying a car. However, this experience was so far from being stressful or confusing. Willie is the one who helped me during the process. As soon as I sat down we let him know I was interested in Camrys and Malibus, and he immediately jumped on showing us options. He also mentioned a Jetta that came in recently it was a really good price. I took interest as soon as I saw the photo of the Jetta. Within 30 seconds of driving it, I knew it was mine. From there, the paperwork and “sales” aspect of buying the car was smooth sailing. It’s almost done completely virtually which makes the process really seamless and easy to understand. There is a screen you view everything on so there is great transparency in pricing. I never felt like Willie was trying to do anything other than get me out the door with the best price and car. He kept checking in with his manager about things which made me feel secure in such a big purchase. He also answered all of my questions in easy to understand terms and was super patient with us. He even took it to the car wash before we left! Overall, this was the best experience of buying a car I could have hoped for. I am thrilled to call Jenny the Jetta mine!

  I recently purchased my very first car through Enterprise Car Sales, and I had the absolute best experience working with Cierra. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. I told Cierra the criteria of the car I wanted, and she immediately got to work. She did an extensive search and sent me a full list of options that matched everything I asked for. When I found a car I loved, it turned out to be located all the way in Miami. she was immediately on the phone with the Miami dealer, made time to see me in person to sign the necessary paperwork, and she managed to get the car reserved and on its way up here right away. I was honestly amazed at how fast and smoothly she handled everything. I had also mentioned that I’m very sensitive to smoke smells and really wanted a car that was clean and fresh. Cierra personally made sure the car didn’t smell like smoke before it was shipped, and when it arrived, it was perfect. Since this was my first time buying a car, there was a lot I didn’t know, and I had tons of questions. Cierra was incredibly patient and took the time to explain every single step of the process to me in detail. She made me feel comfortable and confident from start to finish. She also went through all the coverage options that Enterprise offers and helped me make sure I was getting the best value for the best price , genuinely looking out for what worked best for me. Cierra made what could have been a stressful, overwhelming process into something easy and enjoyable. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely proactive. I can honestly say I wouldn’t have this car if it weren’t for her. She’s the reason I had such a positive first-time car-buying experience, and I can’t thank her enough for all her help. If you’re thinking about buying a car from Enterprise, ask for Cierra. She’s the absolute best, and you’ll be in great hands.
