  Great experience!!! Smooth process and Karl was a great help trying to find what we were looking for. After looking in a couple RV places we found here exactly waht we were looking and at an excellent price.

  Great Customer service by Blake and Angie. No pressure to buy, buy, buy ! I’m in the market to buy and want to make the right choice for me and my family. I felt they both understood my needs and when I am ready to buy, I will definitely go see them.

  I had a very disappointing experience consigning my RV with Camping World. I attempted multiple times to resolve these concerns directly with the location before posting publicly, but my communications eventually went unanswered. When I dropped off my RV, I authorized their team to repair any issues they identified and provided a credit card to cover the costs. Later, I was told the RV was parked out front and ready for pickup. When I arrived, the RV was still in their lot, the slides were still extended, the hydraulic jacks were not deployed according to manufacturer specifications, and both the house and coach batteries were completely dead. After waiting several hours, a technician drove the RV and warned me to be extremely cautious operating it. Within minutes of leaving the facility, multiple engine warning codes appeared, including instructions to pull over and keep the vehicle running. I followed those instructions for over five hours. Once the RV was shut off, it would not restart and I had to hire a third-party service to jump it just to return it to Camping World. The RV then remained in their possession for over two additional weeks, and the issues were still not repaired. The vehicle is currently inoperable and stranded at my home. I was also never provided service documentation, repair records, or formal release paperwork. This situation has caused significant inconvenience, additional expense, and a major loss of confidence in how customer vehicles are handled. I strongly encourage anyone considering service or consignment to ensure clear documentation, inspection records, and operational verification before accepting their vehicle back. I am still hoping Camping World will step forward and properly resolve this situation.

  I recently decided to look at Toy Hauler RV's and went to two dealers to see what was available. I settled on looking seriously at units at Camping World in north Jacksonville, Florida. There I looked at several units and was advised on the attributes of each by one of the best salespersons I ever had, Cole Steedley. I am 76 years old and Cole took his time with me, answered every question and was a real pleasure to work with. We talked to the Sales Manager, Parts Manager and Service Manager when we needed to and I settled on a really nice trailer. It took four visits to the store and numerous phone calls and texts to get the job done. I even asked him to get me two measurements in order to save me a fifth trip down there and within 10 minutes I had what I needed. I'm sure that Camping World has many great people but my favorite is my salesperson, Cole Steedley. Thanks Cole.
