She assisted me with getting the correct tool I needed to complete the repairs on my vehicle. She went above and beyond by doing extra research, on-line, to ensure that I was getting the correct part. Thanks to her, I was able to make the repair to my vehicle the same day; avoiding multiple trips to the store because of the wrong fitment.
