  Got accused of shoplifting because I needed to use the restroom room and so the lady with the grey hair and eyebrow piercing that’s only being supported by her skin tag made a comment to my boyfriend saying that not everyone is welcomed to use the restroom so he asked if I could use it, and she then said yes. As if it couldn’t get any better she then said that she would have to wait for me to come out of the bathroom to make sure I wasn’t stealing some two dollar part so she waited with my boyfriend until I was done using the bathroom. Then as I leave the bathroom my boyfriend looks at her and goes “was that okay” and she replied “Yes.” So as we are walking to the front of the store to grab a car part she then goes “I wouldn’t just walk into your house and use your bathroom.” As someone who works a retail job that’s an insane comment to make to any customer. Update: Her name is Lori and she is a manager at this store. I called after few hours later and the store manager picked up the phone and was telling me that the bathroom was open to everyone that he had no idea why she would even say that, and that they had a right to follow me which is okay until she wants to basically watch me pee in the bathroom. We walked in and went straight to the bathroom we didn’t touch nor picked anything up while going to the bathroom. Then my boyfriend asked the store manager if he knew what position Lori was and he wouldn’t tell us if she was a manager or a sale associate which we already knew the answer because she was the only person wearing a grey shirt, and then he tells us that she apologized which we never once heard her apologize to us instead we were harassed the moment we walked in. So my boyfriend asked for the name of their district manager and he mumbled it so we waited until he repeated the name to us more clearly. I also would like to mention that when we when up to the register she made sure none of the sale associates would take us and when trying to use my boyfriends business account she was accusing my boyfriend of not owning the account and had to make sure “we weren’t stealing their identity ”. The most unprofessional store I have ever dealt with including the store manager and Lori. My boyfriend has been to this store multiple times and she has never once accused him of stealing but it’s an issue when a 110 pound white girl dressed in sweatpants and a jacket comes in to use the bathroom it’s an issue?

  Honestly one of my best experiences at an Auto Part store. Seems like when you visit they are in a rush to get you out of the store or send you elsewhere for help but the staff and management helped me find the oil needed for my scooter. Will be back for sure. And it’s a new store - very clean and nice.
