  The management is not Helpful at all. Nobody is using common sense. And this are the ppl they hire. I was suppose to come back and pick up my battery (core). I called twice the night of me buying a brand new battery and that following Saturday. When I called Saturday I was promised a note would be placed on the battery. I didn't knw I would end up in the hospital for 2 weeks. So I called again when I got out of the hospital. They did whatever they did with the battery. So let's talk common sense. So it's time for you all to get rid of the core with a notice on the core. Not sure what the note said. So as a manager: you don't ask your fellow employees about the battery with a note on it? As a manager you didn't think to call, text or email. That customer? So you all just hire anybody. I needed that money to return where I got the original batter at. I needed that money I'm dealing with heart failure, seizures and a bad kidney. I've not worked for months due to my heart. Y'all can see me on camera. Walkin in the store damn near about to pass out cause I was out of breath. 12/17 around 7:45pm between 8:15pm. Because I had been carrying a battery all across town. I was promised by 2 associates at the store I had nothing worry about. Which indeed they both. Don't get wrong I understand the rules and regulations y'all have to file. Bt if something has a notice on on it to the ppl with with common sense you want to get to the bottom of this before you ship it out. Cause a note isn't there for no reason. This how your company treats war veterans. Ask yourself in March of 2003 what were you doing? I knw what I was doing ducking and dodging missiles and rockets and going into general quarters. Smh. And I really needed that battery and the money I was going to get back for the battery for the return. I've been a proud customer for 15yrears.
