He even gave me a print out with my vehicle codes to explain what each code meant and ways to resolve and correct and therefore eliminate each code. I had no idea they even did that now so needless to say, it was without my asking, because I had no idea it was even available to request as part of the free service. I always to search out my codes on Google and hopefully find the correct answer of what they referred to and then search for the fix to correct what was wrong and eventually eliminate the code from the dash board. I was so impressed with this young man's knowledge, politeness and over all pleasant demeanor, professional yet personable and easy to talk to. I was impressed with my entire visit and he was impressed with me, especially with me being a 62 year old single woman and I knew that the spark plug should always be changed along with the ignition coil. He was surprised that I knew as much as I did about the code and the fix but not in a demeaning or condescending manner thinking I'm easy pick ins to rip off like I've encountered many times from men before, but in an encouraging way that I should continue to learn all I can about my vehicles. He is so right!
