I was there for over an hour due to problems with my battery and he did everything he could to assist me, in the rain at that! He wasn’t nonchalant, rude, or unhelpful at all. All the workers were very nice but specifically Schnaider helped me with everything and I wanted to leave this review for him! 5 stars :)

I went up there the same day and Ken pulled up all of the options and explained their warranties and quality of each battery. I went with a 3 year. He even replaced my battery for me!!! So very thankful 😊

Did not greet me but instead starred at me and my kids as I walked in the store. Like I’m inconveniencing him from being on his phone which is what he was doing when I walked in. Get another job if you can’t be helpful and respectful.

The floor is constantly cluttered with cores and used parts on the commercial side, the manager with the dreads was absolutely blitzed out of his skull when i came in for a simple off the shelf purchase. Kept yelling and shouting on the floor, and it took a solid 30 min wait to get helped when every associate was just stocking. Unfortunately, availability of parts and time demands i come here from time to time, but this place could lea4n q thing or two from the blanding location.
