I went inside the store and the two employees that were behind the counter (A man and a woman) both said "good morning ". There was no one in the store but me when I arrived. So, I walked over to the counter, explained that the brake light was on and requested a diagnostic check. The gentleman came out to check it for me right away. He informed me that the 02 sensor needs replacement (according to the code that was given). He also advised me to speak directly with a mechanic about it. I asked him if he would give me a quote on the part as well. We went back inside the store, he looked up the part in the computer and wrote the quote, diagnostic code and meaning for code down for me. Overall, the store was clean, the employees were professional, helpful and friendly and the customer service was great. I would shop here again.
- ZZZakumeiNov 4, 20251.0All the women in this store act like a bunch of teenagers. they play music on the floor, they yap and yell at loud volume on the floor, and not a single one of the FIVE of the ones in the store when i came in even moved a muscle to help. the two men who work here are nice, fast, and know what theyre doing. Frankly they could run the store entirely by themselves. The especially younger girls are the worst, they kept hiding and running around in back but didnt seem to do anything but horseplay, meanwhile, a line was forming. I have to stop in AutoZones a lot, but this one of the few i genuinely dread going into.

They ignored me for a long time, gave wrong information, and wasted my time. The place is disorganized and the employees clearly don’t care at all. Worst service I’ve ever had – I would never recommend this store to anyone.
