- LCLeopoldo CaveroJan 26, 20261.0Today, January 26th, 2026, I went to the store to return the old front break pads and to buy the rear ones, and unfortunately I was "assisted" by Chris the manager who apparently was sick (was wearing a mask) and was yelling to other employees, and provided the worst customer service I ever had at AutoZone since I started buying my car parts for about 35 years. Chris's attitude towards me is unacceptable, treating me like I am one of his employees. Hopefully, he will receive some training on how to provide good customer service and how to treat his employees with respect and proffesionalism.
