    The first time I had a bad experience I did not take the time out to write a review keep in mind this was about 3 months ago but today just did it for me. It’s a younger African American guy who does not need to work there at all my experience with everyone else is always pleasant except for him. Today I went to purchase items for an oil change and a sensor I was unsure of the cylinder of the vehicle he seemed annoyed I also told him I need an oil pressure sensor not one time did he ask me which one he went and grabbed the most expensive one and just added it to my other items, I told him I wanted the one for the price I seen online and again he seemed annoyed that he just literally has to do his job. People who don’t have any type of customer service skills do not need to deal with any customers period . That individual is the reason why I will purchase from the other auto part stores in the area from now on. Being dismissive and having an attitude about literally having to do a job that you applied for is insane. Please teach your employee some customer service etiquette.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 100/5 Stars! I am extremely grateful to Mario and Derek at this AutoZone location. Both of them went above and beyond to help me get my lights changed, and I can’t thank them enough. They were not only incredibly helpful, but also very knowledgeable, accurate, and efficient throughout the process. After visiting so many places and getting nothing but the runaround, it was such a relief to find two people who truly cared about helping. Mario and Derek are absolute pros—I’d give them 100 stars if I could! Highly recommend this AutoZone location thanks to these two outstanding employees.

    Had to return rotors that we bought in store and told our make, model, and year of our car because the rotors given to us were too small. The cashier was in a bad mood but didn't affect the first purchase. There was a special to buy two rotors and receive free brake pads. When I returned the rotors because they were too small, the cashier went and got the correct size. They did the caliper return, but didn't add the brake pads. I bought the other rotors but when I asked why I didn't receive the full amount back for the calipers, the cashier tried to tell me it's because of the special and the rotors didn't actually cost the full amount. Here is where the bad mood goes worse and the manager had to get involved. I have included my initial purchase receipt as well as the return receipt and it can clearly be seen that I was charged for the "free brakes". I ended up having to return everything to just get my money back and went to O'Reilly's down the road. Much better customer service and got the correct part the first time
