I want to thank the young man who helped me with my car plates. As I watched him deal with customers before me, he is obviously very knowledgeable, caring and positive. His assistance with my car made my day! Thank you!

Only giving 3 stars because of my experience with Felix. Had he not have helped me, it would have been 1 star, lower if I could. 11/21/25, 6:23 pm. Walked in the doors, no customers at registers. Nathan C looks at me and says “ what do you need” in the rudest tone. Sounds like it’s been a long day, or maybe he’s ready to get off, but I haven’t been to this store in months, it’s not like I’m bothering him, or maybe I was, who knows. I say ,I’m sorry (shouldn’t have had to) and that I’m looking for a new headlight bulb for my 2021 Kona. He says “okay??” and points at Felix. Luckily Felix was really kind and double checked the photo I had in my phone to make sure I was buying the correct bulb. $25.79 was what I spent, I wasn’t asking for a lot, I wasn’t even asking if they could help.. I just wanted the bulb so I could install it myself. I’m writing this review in the parking lot, and what I’m seeing is that all Nathan wanted was to go outside and smoke a cigarette. Customer service goes a long way. I’m not saying he’s a bad person, but if anything, it’s to be a little kinder. Hoping for a better experience if I have to come here again, as I live right down the road :( and thank you Felix for the gloves to change a bulb. That little gesture made my experience a bit better.

Very disappointed with the service at this AutoZone (Southside Blvd) tonight November 10th around 7 PM. I asked the employee (a bald man with a beard) to help me check the availability of a Dorman 1/4" x 3ft tubing that shows “In Stock” on the AutoZone website. He didn’t even look it up on the computer. When I politely asked him to check it through the system, he said, “I’m not going to look it up, I know what I have on my shelves.” I then asked him to at least go and check the shelves, and he replied, “I know it’s not there, I’m not going.” I asked several times, trying to be polite, but he just refused and gave me an impatient sigh — almost like saying “Why are you even asking?” I left the store honestly shocked. I’ve always liked AutoZone, but this kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. I really hope the management reads this and pays attention — customers shouldn’t be treated this way when they’re just asking for help.

Terrific customer service. Stopped in to get my battery rechecked because I was told it needed to be replaced at an oil change. Nathan was kind enough to check it and clean it to improve my connection. Turns out it is fine. Since I’m in the area, I will be coming here for any future automotive needs. I’m always treated well here but today was exceptional.
