I was broken down in the autozone parking lot and after spending $210.00 i was asked if I needed anything else and I had said, "i need a Jumpstart so I can get to work." I was then told, have a nice day . And was not helped . Now I have lost my place of employment because even after spending all that money I couldn't get help with a Jumpstart so I could get to work. ..
NEVER AGAIN WILL I RECOMMEND OR USE THE SERVICES OF AUTOZONE

If I could give 0 stars I would, we went and spent over 300 dollars to fix some issues on my finances truck and the man that I assumed to be the manager wouldn’t let us grab our own oil so it was a very expensive one and then told us we earned a “free” cabin air filter and we said we didn’t want it but he insisted because it was free so we took it and left and then realized we forgot a drip pan and went back and when I looked at the receipt he had charged us for the filter that we didn’t even want. When we got back to the store we asked him to refund it and we could even give it back because it’s not that big of a deal, he argued and tried to say it was taken off with discounts and when I tried to explain it wasn’t he talked over me and became rude and then when he finally did refund it he only did a partial refund and we didn’t even get the filter and when I tried to call corporate to get this fixed they never answered and never called me back. I do not recommend this store at all, worst service I’ve ever gotten

I’m very disappointed with the experience I had at this Autozone location. The moment I walked through the door the staff was already unprofessional and unwelcoming. It honestly felt like they were annoyed that customers come in for the free vehicle checks Autozone offers. The female associate who helped me was rude,snappy,and clearly pirated when asked simple questions about batteries and voltage which is confusing considering this is literally an auto part store. When I politely asked if everything was okay the employee became extremely disrespectful. Customer service should be the top priority in a place like this.and this location failed completely. I felt so uncomfortable that I didn’t even spend my money there instead I went down the street to Advance Auto and gave them my $200 for a battery and they treated me with respect. Don’t shop here! This location needs serious improvement in professionalism and customer service !!

Great helping attitude and customer service towards everyone. Was very busy but everyone was assisted without rush. Employees are friendly and courteous!
