I went there this morning, my car didn't want to start and needed a jump. After I got it jumped I took it to AutoZone. I had the pleasure of dealing with one of the managers named Max. She tested my battery and sure enough it was bad. She gave me a couple of options for batteries. When it came to installing the new battery, it was horrible. If anyone has ever dealt with a 2023 Chevy trailblazer will probably tell you the same thing, getting to the battery was a pain. She tried everything she could to get the old battery out and the new one in. She was very professional the entire time and even made some jokes about it being horrible to get to. One of the other female employees tried to help her and still no luck. I did feel bad for her because the male manager(sadly I didn't get his name) came out and was snapping at her, not even trying to help. I felt bad for her, but she still stayed professional. Sadly she couldn't get the battery in, but gave me a solution about taking the new battery to Mavis down the street and just bringing back the old one. She tried everything she could to try to change my battery. She was amazing and I appreciate her even trying and when she couldn't she already had a solution in mind.
