    I’ve shopped at this AutoZone for years and have always had positive experiences until recently. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was a stark contrast. The current management or team came across as condescending and arrogant in their interactions with customers. What should have been a simple battery change turned into an unnecessary issue, and I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing them rather than being a valued customer. It was disappointing, especially given my long history with this location. Fortunately, there is an Advance Auto Parts across the street, where I was promptly and professionally taken care of.

    I cannot say enough great things about Robert at AutoZone! Today I came in carrying a car battery, and before I could even get through the door, Robert noticed and came right out to the parking lot to carry it in for me. He went above and beyond with his kindness and professionalism. He quickly located my account, helped with the core charge return, and made the entire process seamless. Every experience I’ve had at this AutoZone has been positive, but Robert truly stood out today with his helpfulness and genuine customer care. Thank you, Robert, for making what could have been a hassle into such a smooth, pleasant experience!

    Extremely rude CS when I was coming here to dump used oil and purchase a Cabin Air Filter, told me I couldn't dump which is fine but when I asked "why would that be?" I get a ride tone and "I don't need to tell you why" I understand it doesn't change anything even if you did but why would you be this rude to a customer?
