Desirae and Gina are always friendly and very knowledgable about parts and happily explain the different options and the difference between each one to help me make the best decision. I don't even live in Duval county anymore and I still drive to the Beaver St location because I know without a doubt that they are here to help and I'm going to get exceptional customer service and I'd rather drive the 45 minutes and know my business is appreciated! AND if they don't have a specific part in stock they'll check other stores to help me get one fast!

That is if the person is capable of even looking up the part. There is a serious lack of knowledge at this location.
