I brought my console to be repaired and ensured it slides back. I was explicit with the issues with the console. He would rather have his technician change the cover and screw back the console that was ripped off instead of fixing the slider. Every gentle effort to get him understand that my console was sliding was met with resistance, he would threaten to slap and fight me (this I have documented). He is an extremely violent person and ready to fight his customers. Rejected credit card, insisting I pay cash or cashapp until I stood my ground to pay with my card. This isn’t my first visit, but it’s obviously my last time patronizing this business. I have never had any reason to argue with service providers but this man and his businesses don’t deserve my patronage. I want him to deny any threat to slapping me and I will publicly put all that transpired out. He is a violent person
