After some former employees completely bungled up my paperwork, I was left in a difficult spot regarding my CPO certification. Jay and Jackie stepped in with incredible professionalism to clean up the mess. They worked directly with the Audi Corporate office to ensure I got the certification I was promised. They have completely earned my trust by turning a negative situation into a positive one. Even though I live in Charlotte, NC, the level of service they provided makes the distance irrelevant. I will absolutely be looking to them when it’s time to buy my next car. Highly recommended!

Nobody has answered back about getting my new keys and it's been over a month. Nor do I have my service card that my electric vehicle comes with that costs an extra $400 when I need it to get service. On top of it I traded in a vehicle. They took my 20 day pay off and Apparently still owe them more money. They are responsive until you take ownership of the car then they don't care about your business I would look elsewhere to purchase.

They charged me $1000.00 then after driving the car 700 miles, the car broke again but this time it wouldn’t start anymore. I called and spoke to the service manager. He was insulting. He said if I was disappointed, I should be disappointed in myself not his department. I will not be doing business with them again, and I will not be recommending them to my friends.

They, of course, have all the reasons why they don't know what they don't know. But to me, make no sense. Unreasonable, incompetent, and unprofessional.
