  My Sales & Finance Staff Was Great With The Sales Process So 5 Stars There. They were kind to my wife and I I Have Some Issues Pertaining To Items Missed With The Dealer Saftey Point Inspection For The Sale Of A Used Vehicle. " Mostly Service Saftey Related Issues "That Were Overlooked. I have Been In Communication & Have Documented The Items. I Was Assured By Management & Staff These Issues Would Be Rectified From The Service Department. Im Looking Forward To A Swift Resultion & Will Update This Post Once These Issues Are Resolved.   I'd like to give a special shoutout to Aaron in the service department for his outstanding customer service. Despite my 2025 vehicle having only 440 miles on it, the engine and drivetrain lights came on for the third time, and Aaron was instrumental in getting the problem fixed. His professionalism and dedication to resolving the issue were impressive, and I'm grateful for his help, especially considering the hour-long drive I have to make to get to the service department.

  I purchased a slightly used 2025 Audi Q8 from this dealership in 2025. It was a cash deal along with my trade in and I told the finance manager that I didn't want any extended warranties or other add-on's to the deal. She told me that the dealership was offering a complimentary ceramic coating product and that it would only take a few minutes to apply, so I agreed to have it done. I was recently reviewing my sales contract and noticed that they charged me for $2495 for this "SMART SHIELD" product. You can by this type of product at AutoZone for less than $50 - it's a total scam add on. I'm usually very thorough in reviewing these contracts but somehow I missed this one - probably because the dealership was getting ready to close and they rushed me through the process. I wrote to my sales guy (Brandon) and a finance guy named Von, but never got a response. Make sure you take your time and read the sales contract line by line if you buy a car from Audi of Orange Park - don't let them rush you through the closing process.

  Well, I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I bought a used Traverse from these folks on 12-31-25. During the test drive, we noted that there was a "service parking brake" light on the dash, and it temporarily gave a "shift to park" message when the vehicle was already in park. They had their mechanic check it out and he assured me that it was "just a light" and that everything was working properly otherwise, encouraging me to ignore it. The sales rep made multiple attempts to convince me "not to worry about it". I clearly let them know that if it was not in writing that they would repair the issue, I would not buy the car. They eventually agreed, but I had to take my vehicle to their Chevy dealer (Hanania) in St. Augustine over an hour away. I agreed. I shouldn't have. They way they noted the issue on the paperwork, they mentioned the parking brake issue. I didn't think much about it at the time as I figured the problems were related. They were not. They did replace a faulty module for the parking brake, but refused to replace the shifter which was found to be the other problem. Multiple phone calls and text messages later, as well as multiple assurances from my sales guy that he was " finding someone who will fix this for me" have failed. I ended up buying the part and made the repair myself. My advice - be very careful dealing this this place! Once they have the sale, they clearly won't stand behind it. If this is the was you're treated at one Hanania dealership, I would expect they all operate this way. BEWARE!
