No attempt was made to match or come close to the price in writing.Then text messages started to get nasty and started bringing up my budget negatively .I don’t know why dealers just don’t send you options when you give them a number. Instead this dealer decided to be more insulting. Won’t shop there ever.stay away!

But when i picked up my vehicle another worker named Von assisted me during check out & he was extremely un-friendly with a cold demeanor. Which was strange because he assisted a Caucasian female right before me and was extremely friendly towards her. He even told her to have a great day after assisting her. But was the complete opposite towards me when i’m a customer as well spending my money at this establishment.
- JCJenelle CrespoNov 26, 20251.0I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from Audi Orange Park and while the sales team was great and very accommodating at first, everything changed the moment they got my money. The experience since then has been an absolute nightmare. From day one, the car had multiple issues: the software isn’t working properly and the charger I received was broken. But the worst part came the very first day I drove the car when a tire blew out on the highway with ZERO WARNING. The car just started shaking violently, the fender liner flew off, and the tire was literally shredded. I narrowly avoided a serious accident. I sat in the car on the side of the highway completely shaken. THANK GOODNESS for the caring bystanders who pulled over to check on me, redirect traffic, and move the debris obstructing the highway. I had the car towed to another Audi dealership, where they found the alignment was off, causing severe inner tire wear. They also discovered the tires were at 30 psi instead of the required 42 psi, and somehow the car never gave any warnings about it! Keep in mind, this is apparently a CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED Audi. When I contacted Audi Orange Park for help replacing the tire, which I figured was the LEAST they could do, the general manager essentially told me it wasn’t their problem and that I should take it up with a lawyer. On top of that, they charged me an additional $1,000 that was supposed to be a down payment/hold, on top of what I already paid for the car. Because of their negligence, I am now out thousands of dollars to replace the tires and repair the damage done to my car from the blowout. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from this dealership. The lack of accountability, non-existent customer care, and disregard for basic safety checks is alarming. They’ll happily take your money, after that - you’re on your own! I regret ever trusting them with my purchase.
