So I was in the market for a new (to me) Audi. Submitted all the paperwork online spoke to a salesman only to never receive any kind of follow up granted wasn’t a new vehicle but still a vehicle. I found one (Audi q8) at the dealership next door. Kia on Atlantic, service was great and straightforward. There were 2-3 issues that needed to be serviced before the sale. My car has been there for over 10 days. Every time I call to speak to the service manager in charge of my vehicle he doesn’t answer the phone always with a customer. For days! Never once rude or have an attitude. Terrible experience!

I came across a 2014 Yukon SLT for sale on their website and was priced fairly. I’d reached out online (12/29/2025) and Adriana was the sales person who reached out to me. She sent me a walk around video I requested of the vehicle within the hour of first talking to me on the phone. She went through the video pointing out key features as well as looking at things I was concerned about or at least wanted to know upfront what the condition was. Adriana sent more info about the vehicle from the Carfax to what had been repaired by them while in their possession. I decided to see it the following day (12/30/25). I arrived in the afternoon around 3pm. Adriana came right out and introduced herself with a nice smile and positive attitude. She walked me over to the vehicle and started it up to show me the remote start feature (did not see that one coming, however it was very cool). She politely asked for my license so that she could get a copy of it and be set to take for a test drive. As she was handling that, I looked over the vehicle and got a perspective of how this vehicle could work for my family. Adriana returned and we took it for a test drive. I asked her if there were any rules or boundaries when it came to test driving? She basically told me that as long as it wasn’t reckless, I was free to do what I wanted. So we took it on a back road to get an idea on its performance as well as the main road to see if anything changed once it warmed up. We talked a lot in the vehicle and she was very nice about me taking a little longer to test drive the vehicle. We pulled into the Academy parking lot so I could test braking and tight turns and listen for any weird / bad sounds. I did a couple more tests on the main road and returned to the dealership. I checked out a few more things on the vehicle before going inside and noted some things that were a concern / problem to bring up when the time was right. Adriana escorted me inside and said I could sit anywhere I wanted. I did like how Audi made the lobby / showroom a comfortable lounge sort of atmosphere. From soft lights to nice furniture to soft music that provided comfort, privacy and a sense of relaxation. I sat myself and waited for Adriana to return with pricing info. She returned about 5 mins later with a printout. We went over it together and it was pretty much an “as low as we could go” price out the door. I asked some questions and Adriana answered them then and there with no hesitation. I felt the price was a little too high but felt it could be better. Adriana reassured me some of the issues I came across could be addressed by their shop since I was still interested. I thought about it and decided to take the offer home and discuss it with my girlfriend (I know, cliche). Adriana was very understanding and told me that it was definitely okay to do. On my way out I met one of the managers (I cannot remember his name, sadly) and he was asking about my experience with Adriana. I let him know that it was great and that I’ll be in touch with her soon about the vehicle. I took the night and the next day (12/31/25) Unfortunately, I let Adriana know that I’m not going to pursue the Yukon (01/01/26). I did let her know that I had a wonderful experience and that I’d still refer people to her if anyone was looking for an Audi. I wrote this review because, despite not being there to purchase an Audi or make a high-end purchase, I was treated with the same level of importance and respect as any other customer buying an Audi model. Thank you for the great experience. Ask for Adriana Torres!

This was a complete and total waste of time. I came in to look at a jeep that on there website was advertised to cost $14,995. we drove in from out of state to look at this car. Before we arrived we had received a phone call asking what our eta was (as we were about 5 minutes away), but once we arrived we stood at the desk and watched multiple workers pass by after about 5 minutes one finally acknowledged us and asked what we needed. we had him call our sales representative who turned out to not even be at the dealership. after we waited another 5-10 minutes he had finally arrived. then we went to inspect and test drive the car. when we stepped to the car there was no attempt to clean it for showing. with dirt still being all over the exterior of the car. and the inside of the car still having trash, coins, and leaves in the coin holder and all in crevices of the care. then once we went on the test drive the passenger seatbelt did not work and our sales representative told us "oh do not worry about that, It is a common problem with these cars." after our test drive. we returned to the dealership, and inspected parts of the vehicle over again. Once we checked over the vehicle we noticed certain dents and scratches and, miscellaneous other things that weren't documented in the photos or videos. once we went inside we went to the sink and washed my hands ,and returned to the sales desk where we waited for another 10 minutes for our salesman to return. Once he had returned he showed us the cost breakdown paperwork on the vehicle totaling to about 24k-25k. We were surprised to see that all of a sudden a vehicle listed for $14,000 jumped up to $25,000. Then we had asked why the price change was so much and their only explanation was "We had to factor in fees." Then after we confronted salesman about lying about the price on the website. they attempted to gaslight us saying the price on the website said $25,000. after that we had walked out of the dealership where the salesman and the sales manager followed us to our car. once we began talking to the sales manager at our vehicle he asked what our problem was with the vehicle and the pricing. so we stated our issues of all the damage undocumented and made our offer of $10,000 and be willing to finance at absolute most $4,000. then the sales manager insulted us by stating "Your not going to finance anything for $4,000 if you find something willing, let me know so I can shop there too." after that we left. That was a complete and total waste of 5 hours of my day.

Sorry, 0 stars. They ripped my coolant line and caused a leak when I only went in for an oil change. I had to buy the parts and fix it myself. The car runs smooth now, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there anymore. Lousy service and lies. I got all proof.
