Unfortunately, I was unable to receive the vehicle due to the desk not being able to accept tap-to-pay credit card payment. I'm currently active duty serving overseas, and was trying to see my family that was 2 hours away, but because I have a Georgia driver's license with an address that's within 150 miles of the airport, they would not accept debit payment and would ONLY accept a credit card chip payment, even with my travel itinerary return date. I was unable to provide them a physical card, but despite having a credit membership and the credit card's info, I could not receive the vehicle. I then had to wait at the airport for 2 hours for my family to pick me up. It has lead to my holiday plans being completely ruined this year. I will not be reserving from here in the future.
