  It's not that the experience was bad is that we were overpriced and I don't know what to do about that because we're supposedly no cars left and then when we got out there was a bunch of cars that were available to us so I'm not sure if it was as bad as they say it was but if they did have a car they could at least have given us a better price they were very kind people

  The process of getting the car was very easy and the options were great. the car was clean and in great shape. I was most pleased with the return and check out process. I returned the car and the price was much higher than what I had been told by 3rd party booking company Expedia. the rep brought over a manager even though I wasn't complaining. She said she wanted me to be Satisfied with Alamo services. the Mgr came over and apologized and after reviewing the contract he adjusted the rate. his name was Kevin and was so friendly and attentive. I was SO impressed with their support!

  Just keep in mind that the selection of vehicles is limited at this location. No decent upgrade offered when they did not have the class of car that I booked. They did have a number of pick-up trucks available which was odd for an airport location. I love trucks but most credit cards rental coverage will not cover trucks!
