Jacksonville airport Sophria ( i think that is her name, really went the extra mile for me. When I find the card I will be able to get the name correctly. I was on my way and made it in time just before my mom was moved to hospice. returning the car, after my moms funeral, I couldn’t get my stuff together, the young lady at the drop off. really helped me out and getting my personal belongings together. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. I want to let you know there is still humanity in a world that seems full of chaos. These two woman were a beaming light /angels in a sad situation. Thank you for employing these two women.

As customers, JEFFERSON and ISMAEL truly appreciated the professionalism, kindness, and teamwork that made the whole experience seamless. Our rental took place from October 18 to October 19, 12 PM to 12 PM, and everything was handled perfectly on time. Highly recommend this ALAMO location for its exceptional staff and service quality.
