    Store used to be Great! I would ask for an oil change material, which i usually give my license plate to get the most accurate material and employee would always grab it for us. Now that Debbie is gone the new employees barely care to help out. And told me to grab whatever oil I would like for the oil change even though I have them the plate number hoping they would guide me in the right direction at least. ( unfortunately only dealt with the same 2 employees maybe the others are great but the 2 I dealt with have no sense of good customer service they barely seem knowledgeable about car parts, also hear them judge customers more than help)

    Excellent, professional and courteous service at this specific Advance Auto Parts location.. it was actually the 1st time I ever used them. I saw online that they do Auto Battery replacements and disposal of the old battery, so i got a Jumpstart and immediately headed there. I chose the battery I wanted and nobody tried to upsell me, they were just incredibly knowledgeable & helpful, and I had my Battery replaced and was driving home safely & securely in 7nder 10 minutes.... i was very pleased and impressed with the staff & the organization of the store & I absolutely 100% recommend them.

    I can’t recommend this place less. I told the person in the store what battery I wanted for my vehicle and they grabbed a cheaper one. I questioned it but they said it was the same despite it not being the right part number I provided. I got home and realized it was a much inferior product for almost the same price. AND the warranty was 90 days instead of a year. I would not have bought it had that been disclosed. Anyways, I brought the battery back in within the 90 days because it kept losing charge and they said it was fine. I brought it again at 92 days only to find out it went bad and their system won’t let them do anything even though they recognized me from several weeks before. O’Reillys is a 4 minute drive and I’m taking all future business there.

    Three times I've been in here recently and three times they've told me to go to auto zone up the road. They don't even attempt to help you look for things anymore. They just tell you to go to AutoZone, so ya know what, half a mile up beach is AutoZone and that's where I'll be taking my business. It's apperant that the staff cannot be bothered to do their jobs. Once for a fan clutch tool they told me they didn't sell until I walked down the aisle and got it for myself. Once for a water pump for a 2005 Chevy, and they told me they didn't have it, went out to my truck ordered it on their website and sat in the parking lot while they confirmed my order and then said it was ready for pick up. The third time was a can of duplicolor paint, claimed they didn't sell it, I had to go on there website again and pull it up myself to get them to grab it from the back for me.
