    Customer service here has gone downhill. My wife just took a battery here to be tested and get a new battery. Not only did the clerk not test the battery but he didn't even go out and get the battery out of the trunk for her. She had to carry that 40 lb battery in while he watched. Then sold her a new battery without testing the old one first. I know the battery was bad but he could have verified it. Do better Advanced. AutoZone can have my business.

    Needed a battery for the wife's car, older Nissan SUV. Battery has radiator and AC venting running over the top of the Battery Box. PITA to swap out. Store employee jumped right on it and did a great job being extra careful not to damage plastic parts!
