Not only did the clerk not test the battery but he didn't even go out and get the battery out of the trunk for her. She had to carry that 40 lb battery in while he watched. Then sold her a new battery without testing the old one first. I know the battery was bad but he could have verified it. Do better Advanced. AutoZone can have my business.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
