- DBD BSep 24, 20254.0Hello 👋,,,I was actually just listening in on a conversation with a friend of mine and her son on the phone. That had to do with her warning light's appearing on her consoles dashboard in her 2009 Honda Accord. As the conversation continued with frustration in her voice and after she had done spoken with her son about it. I mentioned if she had taken her car in to have an engine diagnostic scan done to better determine the cause of all these warning light's ⚠️ that appeared on her car's dashboard. She stated that Auto Zone and other Autopart's Stores had quit providing this free service check-up, and that her costs of her vehicle's maintenance had already costed her over $ 2,000 and she just couldn't afford any more $ just to see what was wrong with her car let alone more $ for parts and labor fees. So I made 1 local phone call to Advance Autopart's Store and asked if they still provided the "Free Engine Diagnostic Check" ? He stated yes, so I continued to ask a few more questions and he said that after the check, the machine would afterwards provide a code or codes relating to it's issue's. U said thank you and hung up and after some brief moments with my friend. We stopped by, the friendly staff member remembered our brief conversation and anyway we received 2 codes, I looked it up on Google and it explained explicitly in detail what the problem was and made it easier to proceed with this nugget of new found knowledge about her vehicle. Which in turn made it easier for her son diagnose and fix the problem without the high cost of maintenance, parts, and labor fee's that are associated with garage mechanic's car care. < I Truly Recommend For Everyone To Do Your Research > And I Promise You'll Save $$ Down The Road,,,And Highly Recommend ☆ Advance Auto ☆ and Thank Them For Providing This Free Service To Help Us Better Understand Our Vehicle's Health ! Sonia went above and beyond to help me find the light issue with my little hamster car. She did not have to, but she didn't give up on helping me with this agonizing little light that was tricking us left and right. Thank you Sonia!! 😊 I knew better going somewhere else and learned my lesson. Advance for me 💯!!

But once i got home i looked it up it was in stock. They just didn’t want to spend the extra two minutes to help a customer. As an employee at another parts store thats not ok and would not fly in my store. So now having to drive across town to my place of work that is open a little bit later and being put behind on this job because of laziness.
