After leaving , googling part number on phone, and coming back with part number (648612) I was able to rent the tool with cash from another associate. When I returned 2 days later to return tool, guess who assisted me and refused to give me cash back, only put the money on my card. Very frustrating experience, would avoid this location.

They deserve to be treated better and staffed properly so that customers are not getting upset due to such long hold times both over the phone and in store.
