My car broke down at one of the worst possible moments—on my way to see my godson, who was undergoing surgery at Wolfson Children’s Hospital. I was stressed, emotional, and overwhelmed, and then TJ stepped in and completely changed the experience. He didn’t just do his job—he showed genuine care, patience, and professionalism that you rarely see anymore. He listened, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. His knowledge and calm attitude turned a breakdown into a moment of real gratitude. Because of TJ, Advance Auto Parts didn’t just help me fix a car—they helped me get where I needed to be during a critical moment in my life. Had to go back home, which is less than 2 miles away, because my tire was less than 10psi and dropping. Basically, just wasted $16 and change.
- AAAJAug 20, 20254.0So the one negative thing that I would say about this particular store location is how hard it is to hold into the store location when you have to go across traffic. The drivers can be quite rude and block the entrances to the businesses of cross traffic. Now that being said having searched online for the exact OEM replacement part for my car led me there in the first place. The gentleman that I ended up getting help from in replacing my back windshield wiper was very polite very professional and went out of his way to help me do something I typically already know how to do but in this instance with this particular car trying to get the back cosmetic cover off the wiper itself was something that I'd not done before and didn't want to tear up and break my own car.
