Only one employee that I have interacted with in this location conducts himself with professionalism, and I’m pretty sure he’s new. - RKRobert KalappNov 22, 20251.0Don't support this location. I purchased a volt meter this afternoon...of which I have limited knowledge of. I ended up with the only one they had...$39 and some change! The person that checked me out was good enough to lend me his knife to open it in the store. Once I got home, and read the directions, I realized it was too advanced for me. so within 2 hours I went back to the store with receipt in hand to return it... I had been alert enough to slice open only the rear of the sealed plastic. The same person that checked me out was still there. He explained that "anything" electronic was not returnable...but would ask his manager who was in the back area. After a few minutes, he returned and said the manager said the same thing. If I had further questions I could talk to his manager. I said if the manager can't walk up here and clearly see that the item is a volt meter and not some actual auto part or realize that...I don't think anything I can say will change the situation. In this world of customer service and returns are usually generically accepted, I won't waste my time...and especially money at this location. Maybe the manger can take a Customer Service class sometime.
