When that failed to fix problem Robin told me I should pull over on side of road and disconnect my battery cables. Of coarse this was as not acceptable. Then Robin said that I needed a new computer for 1,200 and if I didn't like it I could come and get my van. So ano1,200 and my transmission still doesn't work. I'm now past my warranty. Robin is a liar and will never get my business again. Use these people at your own pearl.

The original paperwork I signed says no 3 % fee for debit cards, yet I was still charged and the Carey refused to honor what’s written saying “oh well, I am not removing that 3%.” Very disappointing. I am working to get my 3% because it’s the principle…why have it in writing for it to not be honored?

I found this place on google and upon visiting I was told they work with warranty companies. It took over two weeks to get my car back, and for more than a week I was told they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. When I asked about using my warranty, I was told “no warranty company would pay,” which turned out to be false — the shop hadn’t even contacted them. I had to go back and forth myself between the shop and the warranty company for two days just to get the claim processed. Even after it was finally paid on a Friday, I couldn’t pick up my car until the following week because the shop was closed. To make matters worse, I know I was overcharged. Overall, this was a stressful and frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest or efficient service.
