- SRShela Rocks4 days ago5.0This was my first time getting a service from DCT. They came highly recommended by a Svc Tech at Tire Kingdom because they do not provide this service. Tire Kingdom's tech also stated that everyone who goes to DCT have been very pleased with their service; as am I. Acura of Orange Park had diagnosed me with a very extensive & expensive repair. I informed DCT of Acura's diagnosis and they gave me an estimate of what the repair could be, which was 65% less than Acura's quote. DCT did a very extensive inspection and informed me that it wasn't what Acura had said it was (imagine a dealership trying to get over - smh) Always get a 2nd opinion. DCT was very thorough, informative every step of the way and provided excellent customer service. They could have very well agreed with Acura & charged me their estimated price; instead I was diagnosed with a diff repair and only paid a lil less than half of DCT'S estimate price. I highly recommend them & only wish I had known abt them sooner.

Even when we thought my car was completed, they found another issue i was unaware of while double checking stuff and fixed it up aswell before I picked my car up I felt like bugged then alot lol due to not knowing much on cars but they were very sweet, Very helpful, very communicative and thorough. Amanda and Candice are lovely ladies I thank you guys and the technicians!!
