  Very nice young man. Very professional, was early. Safelight added windshield wipers without my permission. I didn't order them. 75.00 Really.? I would like a credit or refund. Thanks Gwen Payne

  Shane (Technician ID 6042-356) did a fantastic job! I was surprised how quickly he replaced my windshield and did the calibration. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me clearly, including the aftercare instructions for my car. I’d be happy to request Shane again for myself or my family if we need help with our windshields. Thank you very much!

  If I could give them 10 stars I would. They were EXCELLENT and VERY PROFESSIONAL throughout the entire process. They explained every step of the process about 100 times (jk). The tech that came out was very polite, well mannered and made sure i understood what to expect during the process,

  If I could give more than five stars, I would! Absolutely excellent service at the Safelite AutoGlass location in Jacksonville. While traveling from Atlanta to Ormond Beach, a rock chipped my windshield, and this team truly came to the rescue. From the moment I arrived, the gentlemen assisting me were kind, professional, and incredibly thorough in explaining the process. What could have taken 45 minutes or more was completed in about 20 minutes, which was beyond impressive. I only wish I had gotten the names of the two gentlemen who helped me (I was there on Friday, December 19th around 3pm) because they absolutely deserve recognition for their outstanding service. The facility itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with water, coffee, and vending machines available while I waited. Most importantly, I was able to get right back on the road quickly and confidently. This was an all-around outstanding experience, and I’m so grateful for the efficiency, hospitality, and top-notch service. Highly recommend this Jacksonville Safelite location!

  Avoid Safelite Auto Glass at All Costs! I recently had a disappointing experience with this auto glass company that left me frustrated and upset. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that their customer service was far from acceptable. A woman sat there on the phone talking and never acknowledged me. Another person walked up, asked my name asked for my keys. What really stood out was their poor planning for my visit. Not only were they unprepared with the necessary parts for my car, but they also had high pressure to purchasing windshield wipers, tying it into a scare tactic about voiding my warranty if I didn’t comply. They suggested that if anything happened to the new windshield due to worn-out wipers, I would be responsible. The whole experience felt insensitive to my time, as I had to deal with their aggressive sales tactics instead of just getting my repair done efficiently. They never installed form me, after I arrived about 30 minutes later, I was told the OEM glass was damaged. I was told they would go to the warehouse for another one. I Ubered home to await the 3-4 hour install and got a call 10 minutes after getting home to say they couldn’t install the 2nd glass as it was damaged too. They wasted my time and work day, when I came back to get the car they were ordering a 3rd glass. I ended it there and did not reschedule. I am big on customer service, this did not meet my standards. The glass should have been checked and ready the day before and at the least inspected for install the morning of, not at the time of a scheduled appointment and realizing all the glass are damaged. I did find another local company which offered great customer service. If you value your time and deserve respectful treatment as a customer, I highly recommend steering clear of this place. There are plenty of auto glass companies out there that truly understand the importance of customer service and proper planning—this is definitely not one of them. Save yourself the hassle and frustration!
