Dude told me I'm wasting his time, got in his van and drove off. Tried to call location multiple times and they didn't answer, called company and they tried to call shop multiple times and they also didn't answer for them either. Stuck here with an incorrect mirror and no one to talk to about getting it fixed.

Then I got there they told me it was going to be an all day appointment. So I didn’t schedule a ride. The work is great. The customer service sucks.

Whole process is very easy. Lots of communication from Safelite leading up to and during appointment. No complaints with finished product on either vehicle.

I would definitely recommend.
