  UN PROFFESIONAL Parts person and the receptionist. NO Customer Service and no concern to help. At 9:48am March 5, 2026 a visit to get a part for my truck at this location. I visited this location before. I had good service in the past at the counter from a parts person called Krise I think. But, this guy, now, Personal ear bud in ear, (Sound Core life are these service callwas a waste of my time, me travelling 45 min to them. They Lost my business to this location. I came back finding out, not from them "CUMMINS PARTS AND SERVICE" and to let him know that by the last 8 #s of my vin # he could of made a difference to our atmoshere. He was not at the counter. Instead, I left the message to the front desk receptionist who showed me no concern either and looked at me like she was waiting for me to turn around and leave. No apology given at all! If you are travelling on I295 in JAX, Fl, you can't miss seeing the Big C from South or northbound on I295.

  Brought out class A in because our Onan generator was quiting after being on 5 minutes, running rough. My husband is a somewhat mechanic and did all the cks before we brought it in. Gave us an extremely high estimate for the repairs, couldn't guarantee the parts would come in, in a timely manner.....we had already been there 2 days, waiting. Decided to leave without the repair and have our hometown repair guy look at it. Well, low and behold, we got home only to have to take off again, without air, because of a supposedly broken generator, it now works. Beautifully, smoothly....no repairs. What the heck?????? They were going to charge us over $3000 to fix our supposedly broken generator? Really????? I would soooo question ANYTHING they recommend. Also gave us an estimate for over $8000 for problems with the engine..... WHAT? We haven't had any engine problems......BEWARE!

  Like many I was concerned about the high cost of Cummins service but after a recent experience with my RV, those concerns were unwarranted. For me, quality, reliability and efficiency are what I look for in RV service, which as many are now aware, you seldom find those qualities in a dealership. My RV was dead in the driveway and towing was not an option. The service manager, Anthony, was prompt with the quote, fantastic on communicating when the parts and techs would be arriving. Gus arrived on time and diagnosed the problem with the computer, put in a test ECM, the engine ran fine, and then he diagnosed another issue with a small part that caused all of my problems. He ordered the parts and Anthony scheduled Travis to arrive on Friday morning. Within 2 hours, the parts were replaced, the engine ran fine, and there were no other faults displayed on the computer. I highly recommend Cummins Jacksonville for any engine repairs. Watching them work was impressive and I am very confident that the repair was completed to the highest standards.
