  We’ve dealt with both this location Jacksonville and Camping World St. Augustine, and both have terrible communication as to the status of repairs or when parts are ordered or are expected. Every time we’ve brought the trailer in, it sits 30–50 days with little to no updates, and we get it back with the same problems that we have to return it back for. Haven't been able to have a successful camping trip as the thing falls apart while testing to see if everything works prior to taking it out on the road. Our current repair has been sitting in camping world service since August 10th 2025 with the same empty promises that they will have their mechanic look in to it, take photos and provide proof of remedy yet no photos, no updates, nothing. They’ve actually Tried to fix the underbelly with duct tape 🤯 what new trailer has ducttape holding their underbelly? Atempted to Return the unit with new damage (dented exterior, damaged cabinets, uneven slide-out due to the accident they had while moving the unit) and said nothing Saimt augustine location actaullu Removed a chunk of flooring for a “tripping hazard” that didn’t exist, then took months to fix it Missed basic things like putting screws back in to secure the couch and the outdoor awning. Take photos before and after—trust me, you’ll need them. Overall, this has been a nightmare. Poor service, poor repairs, and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend Camping World for purchase or service Also, have reached out multiple times to reach corporate office but that's just as bad of an experience when they state they have to investigate and than introduce you to the new manager and that manager stops communicating the following week.

  We came to Camping World to check out a Class C RV. Alyssa Long was our sales associate and wow did she impress! She listened to the features we were looking for, answered every little question, and found us the perfect RV for our family! 10/10 recommend! -Andrea Helms

  The reason why I only gave you 3 instead of 5 stars. Because of my 2016 Silverback didn't have a working stove and it doesn't have a heater.

  Having never accomplishing anything and losing confidence in Blue Compass we decided to give Camping World our business to get prepared for our trip. Lori greered us warmly and Aaron took great care with our RV and getting us prepared for a four month trip across the U.S. He set us up with Nighthawk Flat Tow assembly, Tire Monitor system, Baseplate, Brake System and light assembly for our Jeep Wrangler. Thank you #Campingworld we are Ready to Ride!!

  Be careful bringing your RV to Camping World in Jacksonville, Florida. I brought my RV in on Feb 6th for a water heater issue. The service tech, Aaron, told me the entire water heater had to be replaced and it was the only option. He even said they were doing the repair “in favor of me.” I was charged over $1,500. After the repair, I received the Lippert warranty report on March 6th, which shows the issue only required two specific parts — FLOW SENSOR 2GWH-24 (#2022107584) and WATER PIPE ASSEMBLY NEW STYLE 2GWH-19A (#2022107579) — not a full replacement. I spoke with Operations Manager Hunter, who gathered information from me and from Rose at Gulf Stream Coach warranty, but since then all calls go to voicemail and there has been no attempt to resolve the issue. I am a single mother living in my RV with my one-year-old with Down syndrome, and being charged thousands for a repair that was not necessary has been extremely stressful. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before allowing this location to work on your RV.
